The living area invites you to unwind with a 65 inch 4K Smart TV, cozy seating, and a selection of games, books, and vinyl records for a unique and relaxing experience. The open layout makes it easy to gather, connect, and enjoy time together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine with ease. You will find modern appliances, cookware, baking essentials, and both indoor and outdoor dining setups.

Each room includes a 4K Smart TV, plush bedding, generous storage, and added comfort features such as canopy humidifiers to enhance your stay in the desert climate.

Two clean and modern bathrooms provide everything you need to refresh and recharge, including filtered showerheads, fresh towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Enjoy a private desert setting with expansive views in every direction. Relax in the cowboy style soaking tub, perfect for cooling off after a warm day. Gather around the fire pit at night and take in some of the clearest star filled skies in Southern California.

Additional outdoor features include a BBQ grill, dining area, lounge seating, and hammocks designed for rest, conversation, and connection.

Located just a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park, local restaurants, and shops, the home offers both convenience and seclusion. You are close to everything, yet far enough to fully experience the quiet beauty of the desert.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire home and outdoor areas.

Parking is available in the driveway and directly in front of the home.

For the best arrival experience, we recommend using Google Maps and following the paved route via Sunfair Rd, Broadway, and Flamingo Ave to avoid rough dirt roads.

Important to Know

This is a natural desert environment. You may encounter wildlife, insects, and uneven terrain.

The outdoor soaking tub is not heated and is intended for cooling and relaxation.

The home uses an evaporative cooling system that works best in low humidity. On warmer days, closing blinds and unused rooms will help maintain comfort. Central air instructions are available if needed.
