The 110 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in each room (with a coin operator), a washing machine, and a TV. Two portable electric radiators are available for guest use free of charge.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a grill. A shared outdoor area, consisting of 3 pools (one of which is heated for part of the year), a garden, and garden furniture, is also available for your use.

Spacious clean apartment well equipped with a lovely large terrace. Fabulous quiet location very near to restaurants bars and shops. Any queries were dealt with swiftly by Jo the owner Would recommend this apartment

Pros: What a fantastic apartment! Great location both inside the complex and in Punta Prima. 3 large pools and several smaller pools so plenty space. The pool areas are soo peaceful with a beautiful surrounding area that is extremely well maintained. The spacious apartment had everything you need and the terrace area was spectacular. Not a bad word to say about our holiday.

Pros: We had a fantastic time. The apartment was very close to the beach and with the three pools in the grounds of the estate there was enough entertainment for our three year old. The apartment was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach toys and all the inflatables we needed :). For the purpose of our holiday, which was to relax and enjoy the sun, the apartament and its location hit the spot.

Pros: This is a fantastic apartment, which is comfortably furnished to a high standard and is in a great location near to bars and restaurants. We can recommend ‘Puccini’ the Italian, ‘Gandi’ the Indian and there are many little bars to sit and watch life go by . The owner and the onsite agents are very efficient and quick to answer any questions you may have.

Pros: This was the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment is very spacious beautifully decorated and is in a. Lovely location. It's suitable for those looking for a quiet peaceful holiday. The complex is extremely well run and there is no noise or rowdy behaviour. It's close to the beach and some lovely restaurants. Close by is a very good Supermarket. We travelled Ryanair with only our clothes but everything we required was in the apartment including beach towels. Joy is lovely to deal with and I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely appartement in quiet urbanisation

Pros: Nice seperate pool for swimming only, another pool for playing. The area is excellent with a small beach (cala) on walking distance. A lot of supermarkets in the area. Our stay was very comfortable in the nice big appartement. The communication with Joy & Sharon was excellent. Cons: Very minor thing: the airco works with coins (but we knew that in advance). I would prefer to pay an extra amount and just have the airco available during our stay.

Pros: This apartment is lovely. It's clean and spacious and has everything you need. The owner is very prompt in her communications, very nice and helpful. The same goes for her contact persons in Spain. The area is very pleasant, close to the beach and close to restaurants and convenience stores. There was always parkering to be found infront of the building. It was so great to have three swimming pools to choose from, where one was warmed up. The warmed up pool is close to the terrace of the apartment, so some of us would actually be on the terrace and take pictures and talk to the other family members who were in the pool. It also felt so safe to be there. There are guards patrolling the grounds on a regular basis all day and night (!) long. The complex is lovely, quiet and clean and the people so friendly. We were a family of 6 visiting from Denmark: two children, parents and grandparents. We all loved to be there. The kids didn't want to leave and frankly neither did the adults. :) We highly recommend this apartment to you. It was great being there. Many thanks and best regards to the owner and her contact persons.

Pros: superbe appartement très propre et suffisamment spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, super sécurisé, parking spacieux et gardé, on peut faire tout a pied supermarché, pharmacie, etc ... très agréable, la mer a deux pas, 2 plages a proximité, 3 piscines, pas de point négatif. on est accueilli par Jacky très sympathique et serviable dommage qu'elle ne parle que anglais mais autrement très bon accueil. La région est très touristique, pas mal de chose a faire comme le théâtre romain a Cartagena, le chateau d' Alicante etc... très bonne vacance

Pros: Wij zijn erg tevreden over het verblijf. Het is een mooie, ruime woning in een heel aangenaam complex. De voortdurende bewaking geeft een gevoel van veiligheid. De airconditioning werkt goed. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar efficiënt. (Niet alle toebehoren zijn aanwezig.) Het zeer grote terras (gelegen aan een zwembad)is in de zomerperiode meer aangenaam dan in de winter, omdat er veel schaduw is. Het is prettig de auto onder het complex te kunnen parkeren. Het strand ligt aan de voeten en winkels, restaurants bevinden zich op loopafstand. Na 10 minuten bevind je je in een prachtige en rustige natuur met karaktervolle dorpjes. Restaurantjes? Meer dan genoeg; zowel Spaans, Chinees, Duits, Engels, Endia's. Een Belgische bakker en slager. Punta Prima is rustig en zeer centraal gelegen.

Pros: Netop hjemvendt efter 3 ugers ferie i Joy’s lejlighed i La Entrada, Punta Prima. Lejligheden levede helt op til vores forventninger. En dejlig beliggenhed i området. Helt ud til poolen hvor der kan trænes. Tæt på de øvrige 2 pools der er i området. Lejligheden ligger små 150 meter fra den nærmeste strand, som nærmest ligger inde i en lille bugt. Der er mange store sten i vandet, så man skal træde varsomt. Der er små 10 min kørsel til en fantastisk sandstrand i La Zenia, hvis man er til typiske spanske turist strande. Jeg personligt, synes den lokale strand er ganske hyggelig. Indkøbsmuligheder; restauranter og barer findes i alle afskygninger små 10 min gang fra lejligheden. De er en tilhørende parkeringsplads i kælderen, hvor der er direkte adgang til via en elevator lige udenfor hoveddøren. Super luksus Joy er den perfekte vært. Svarer hurtigt ved henvendelse og er meget nem og høflig at kommunikere med. Jeg vil til enhver tid anbefale værten, lejligheden og området.

Pros: Bemötandet av Sue när vi kom var inte trevligt. Vi hade kommit överens med Joy att komma fram ungefär vid fyra, vi var där kvart över och då hade Sue redan åkt. Sedan var hon svår att nå på telefonen. Ett stort tack till den engelsktalande vakten på området som försökte hjlpa oss till rätta. Väl installerade var allt toppen och både område med pooler och närheten till havet var fantastiskt. Det fanns också mycket badleksaker att låna. Tyvärr fick man inte ha större flytsaker i poolerna. All kontakt med Joy har varit toppen, ett litet minus var att hela betalningen gjordes i förväg. Beatchen i Punta Prima var inte så fin men tar man sig lite söderut till La Zenia så var stranden underbar. Även shoppingcentrat i La Zenia är värt ett besök av den shoppingsugne.
