Tuscan country Villa for exclusive use with large pool (16x7m) and Far-View

Our beautiful stone country house is nestled amidst the Tuscan hills overlooking the valley of the Zancona stream. The surrounding 21,000 square meters, with an extra-large private saltwater pool (16x7m) and lounge, end at the stream in the valley below. The property is home to approximately 100 olive trees, sweet chestnut trees, cypresses, strawberry trees, orange trees, palm trees, mandarin oranges, kiwi, and oleander. 5,000 square meters are safely fenced for child protection. The remaining 16,000 square meters are comprised of exciting, overgrown natural stone terraces with olive trees, woodland, and many other plants. The woodland and terraces invite adventurous guests to explore, all the way to the wild and romantic Zancona River.

Surrounded by the green hills of the nearby Monte Amiata, you can enjoy plenty of sun, peace, and fresh air. Our house is equipped with everything your heart desires. We have two beautiful terraces with space for family and friends, offering views over the hills to the surrounding medieval villages. Our house offers a cozy living room with an open fireplace and a winter garden. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, and three rooms have smart flat-screen TVs up to 75 inches with satellite reception. There is a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, and all the other essentials.
Despite the absolute tranquility in the countryside, the nearest restaurant and gas station are only 2 km away. The medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Arcidosso, with all the shops and other restaurants, are just 5 km away.
Within a 30-45 minute radius, you can reach, for example, the famous wine-growing town of Montalcino, the Castello Banfi winery, or the renowned thermal baths of Saturnia, Petriola, Bagno Vignoni, and Bagni San Filippo.
In about an hour, you can reach Sienna, Montepultiano, or the beaches of the Maremma. Just a few minutes further, you'll find the famous Punta Ala harbor and the port of Piombino, with its ferry to Elba.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage mit 2 Familien in dem schönen Haus verbracht, es war fantastisch! Das Haus und Grundstück bot genug Platz für uns 7 Personen sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen, das Highlight für die Kids war der mega Pool, aus dem die Kinder kaum raus zu kriegen waren! Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt in dem Haus nichts, was es nicht gibt, es war wie Zuhause ankommen. Die kleinen Dörfer rundum sind zauberhaft, wir empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und werden sicher auch noch mal wiederkommen. Zu betonen ist noch der super Kontakt mit den Vermietern gewesen, sie haben immer gleich geantwortet und bei Rückfragen geholfen, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Abseits von jeglichem Trubel und ganz viel Toskanafeeling. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist besonders hervorzuheben, bei jedem Anliegen unsererseits gab es die schnellstmögliche Unterstützung. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Der Garten, das Haus, die Umgebung alles ist eine Reise wert.

Pure Erholung und Privatsphäre in der malerischen Toskana

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in diesem wunderschönen Kleinod. Typischer kann ein Aufenthalt in der Toskana nicht sein. Bei Ausflügen nach Siena, die umliegenden Örtchen und an die Strände der Maremma blieben keine Wünsche offen. Man sollte unbedingt auch einen Spaziergang in den Ort Montelaterone machen, den man vom großen Pool aus sehen kann. Die etwas versteckte Eisdiele dort ist so toll und von oben hat man eine perfekte Sicht auf das Anwesen.

Traumhaft 🥰

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Totale Privatsphäre und Ruhe rundherum. Wir waren 3 Familien. Unsere Kinder und wir haben das Haus und den viiiiielen Platz geliebt, es gab so viele Ecken auf dem Grundstück für etliche Erkundungstouren. Gab einige dicke Tränchen bei der Abreise, wir hätten einfach 2 Wochen statt nur einer buchen sollen. Der Salzwasserpool war klasse, baden in traumhaftem Panorama. Einige kleine nette Städtchen in der näheren Umgebung, uns haben Arcidosso, Montalcino und Santa Fiora sehr gut gefallen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus war für uns etwas "abenteuerlich", liegt aber eher daran, dass wir Schotterwege einfach nicht gewohnt sind ☺️ Die Kommunikation mit Christiane war immer top, schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden wieder kommen.

Wunderschön

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war stets einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll (vorallem der grosse Pool im Sommer). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

An extraordinary property with beautiful vistas and teaming with nature

This vast nature lovers paradise is truly special! Thank you to Christiane and Alex for sharing their home with us! Our only regret is we didn’t stay a month. This secluded treasure has an incredible view of the Tuscan hills from every angle. Sunsets are spectacular. The house is very well appointed with everything you need. Getting there is a bit of an adventure but totally worth it as the privacy it affords is very unique and backs on to a natural river full of life! Educate yourself on the stinging plants before you head out. Local towns have wonderful and inexpensive restaurants, Enrico had some great recommendations! It’s a great day trip to all the local sites. This is a Tuscan experience like no other! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality! We hope to be back soon!
