Palm Breeze Flat is a comfortable 1 bd/1 bh condo. The unit number is 221.
It has a full kitchen with an induction oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle.
In the same space there is a living room with a dining table with 4 chairs and a 55 in Smart TV.
The room is spacious and have 2 queen size beds with a 50 in Smart TV and a private full bathroom.

Guest Access

Address is 8303 Palm Pkwy (Hawthorn Suites).
After entering the premises, just pass by reception and go to the elevator.
The apartment is located on the second floor.
Please refer to door code provided using VRBO App.
Please note that there is an internal side door connecting unit 221 to unit 223 that is locked and should not be opened.

- There is a property management company for guest assistance. this space was thoroughly cleaned and inspected by professional cleaning personnel before you check in. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

- This is a smoking-free property. Smoking on the inside will require a deep clean with a $500 fee to be collected from the guest.
