This is a recently renovated large studio apartment in a very quiet corner of the Barbican Estate, right in Central London. Location is ideal for anyone who works in the City as it is 10 min walk to Bank / Moorgate.
The studio comes with full kitchen, separate bathroom with large bath tub, washing machine, etc. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony.
Minimum lease of 90 days as per Barbican leases

This is a large, bright & airy studio in the Barbican with floor to ceiling windows leading to a balcony. Underfloor heating throughout.

Very safe development with 24/7 security and reception (will sign for packages etc)
Large TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc

Excellent water pressure & plentiful hot water (more important than you think!)
Fully stocked kitchen (kettle, pots, pans, etc)
Access to the private resident gardens
Weekly / fortnightly cleaning (to be negotiated separately)
Option to book parking space in the garage underneath (to be negotiated separately)
As this home is located in the heart of Central London, there may occasionally be building works nearby during standard working hours. The house itself is generally very quiet, but some construction noise may filter in. That said, the local council is strict about enforcing quiet hours, so evenings are typically peaceful.

There is a minimum stay of 90 days.
This is my personal home, not a hotel or purpose-built guesthouse. I live here when I'm in London, so you'll find some of my personal belongings around: Books, art, photos, and other lived-in touches. I think this makes the space feel especially cozy and unique, but if you're looking for a sterile, hotel-like setup, this may not be the right fit.
