Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment 2 bed in Pueblo Evita is located in Benalmádena. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

This cozy vacation rental features a private outdoor terrace and balcony with a barbecue. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor space with a pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The property has a step-free interior.

One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.

Apartment excellent misleading on pool as not in block

Pros: Good outside space Wi-Fi and TV Cons: Had to leave block and walk along the street to the pool. Pool area very crowded for size of complex and had to Q from 9.00 am to get a chair for 10.00 am. Also up very steep hill lots of stairs no lift unsuitable for anyone with mild walking problems

Modern apartment with everything we needed as a family.

Pros: The host was very welcoming. We arrive late in the evening and she left us a bottle of water and wine which we appreciated after travelling. There was two pools and a bar with a pool table and a restaurant with nice pizza within the complex. In the apartment the was 2 large balcony’s and there was a washing machine , fridge , dishwasher , tv, everything you need. The apartment was spotless. There was many shops and restaurants nearby. Overall great holiday spent here. Cons: The only downfall we found with this apartment is that there is a lot of steps around the complex. It is on a very steep hill and we found walking down the hill by the reception very steep. I don’t think it would be suitable for someone who is not good on their feet or not able for steps.

Nette vakantiewoning op een veilige plek

Pros: Een rustige lokatie dicht bij een grote supermarkt en op loopafstand van strand en openbaar vervoer. Het was erg schoon en voldoende te beleven in de omgeving. We voelden ons prettig op deze plek. Cons: Weinig tegenvallers. Het uitzicht was niet bijzonder.

Pros: Leiligheten og beliggenheten var perfekt for oss. Selve resortet er meget pent og rent, med en hyggelig atmosfære. Leiligheten er helt som beskrevet på hjemmesiden, rent og ordentlig. Vi var der uke 42 og svømmebasseng + barnebasseng var åpent. Vi hadde flott vær, temperatur som en super skandinavisk sommer. barnebasseng og hadde alt vi ønsket. Rett over gaten er et større supermarked, og området har hyggelige spisesteder. 15minutter å gå til Tivoli (oppover bakker), til toget som kjører til Malaga, 5-10 minutter ned til flotte sandstrender. Gode tog- og buss forbindelser til bl.a. Malaga. Fint område til både trening og spaserturer. Hyggelig liten by med alt man øsnker, Kabelbanen og show med rovfugler kan anbefales. All kommunikasjon med representant Ann Charlotte Rom Jensen var perfekt. Hun møtte oss ved ankomst ved leiligheten og kom til avtalt tid ved avreise. Leilighet og Ann Charlotte Rom Jensen kan anbefales på det varmeste!
