This second-floor, 2-bedroom, 3-bed, 2-bath unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and faces AT&T Stadium. From the private balcony, the stadium sits clearly in view, including the iconic AT&T lettering. It’s a great place to step outside, take in the view, and feel the build-up as the stadium and city comes to life around you.

Being in the heart of Arlington means having the city’s biggest entertainment right at your fingertips. From live sports and concerts to restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, there is always something happening nearby. You are also a short drive from popular attractions like Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and NRH2O, making it easy to mix event days with classic North Texas fun.

With the stadium and surrounding event areas close by, getting to AT&T Stadium is straightforward for most guests. Many find the walk to be about 10 minutes, with a short 2-minute drive as an easy alternative. Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers, is also just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy multiple games, concerts, or events during your stay.

It’s a simple, intentional outdoor space that adds something extra to your stay, with seating arranged for two so you can comfortably enjoy the view and the moment together.

This bedroom features two queen beds, making it a flexible option for group stays without sacrificing comfort. Soft linens, bedside lighting, and a dedicated closet provide space to unpack and settle in, while the attached bathroom adds extra convenience and privacy.

The Secondary Bedroom:

The Bathrooms (2):
The apartment includes two full bathrooms, giving groups and families extra flexibility during their stay. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with bath essentials, including hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, so you can pack light and settle in comfortably.

The hallway bathroom offers a straightforward and functional setup with a tub and shower combo, single sink, and cabinet storage for towels and toiletries. It’s a practical space designed to keep mornings and evenings running smoothly.

The primary bedroom’s en-suite bathroom adds extra convenience and privacy, featuring its own shower/tub combo, vanity, and mirror, making it easy to unwind or get ready without sharing the space.

Guest Access:
The apartment is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with no shared spaces and no interruptions. From check-in to check-out, you’ll have full, private access to the unit so you can settle in and enjoy the space at your own pace.

Entry is handled through a smart lock, allowing for easy self-check-in upon arrival. Your unique access code will be provided prior to check-in, making arrival simple and flexible, whether you’re getting in early or returning late after an event.

For added peace of mind, a lockbox is also located at the unit as an additional access option if needed.

Parking Information:
One (1) complimentary parking space is included with your stay. Additional vehicles may pay-to-park on a first come, first served basis. Parking rates are set and collected by the complex and may change without notice. All vehicles must be registered to avoid being towed. Registration information will be provided with check-in instructions.

Pets & Assistance Animals:
We’re happy to welcome approved pets and aim to make stays comfortable for both guests and their companions, while maintaining a clean and respectful environment for everyone.

Service Animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines
Approved pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are welcome with a $25.00 USD per pet, per night fee
All animals, including service animals, must always be leashed in common areas of the complex
All animals, including service animals, should not be left unattended in the apartment unless properly crated.

Guests traveling with pets, Service Animals, or Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are responsible for their care and supervision throughout their stay. Animals may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, and/or accidents that occur inside the unit during their stay.

These guidelines help ensure the apartment remains clean, comfortable, and well cared for by all guests, including those traveling with companions or assistance animals.

Important Note:
Any undeclared pets or animals not included in the reservation prior to check-in may result in a $300.00 USD fee.

Check-In & Check-Out Flexibility:
We understand that travel plans do not always line up perfectly, and we’re happy to offer a bit of flexibility when possible. ^.^

Early Check-Ins:
Early check-in is complimentary when available, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the previous reservation and cleaning schedule. If you’d like to request early check-in, please let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Late Check-Out Options:
If you need a little extra time on departure day, late check-out may be available for an additional fee, based on availability:

1:00 pm CST Check-Out (2-hour extension): $35.00 USD

Late check-out is subject to availability and depends on the next reservation and cleaning schedule. If you’d like to request extra time, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
