You’ll find our vacation rental in a quiet yet central location in Südbrookmerland.
It was completed in October 2017.

The cities of Aurich (10 km), Emden (18 km), and Norden/Norddeich (17 km) are within easy reach.
Enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Großes Meer, known as a paradise for nature and water sports.
There’s space to store your bicycles right next to the house. A parking space for a car is also available.

In the cozy living and dining area, you’ll find a satellite TV, as well as books, board games, puzzles, and toys. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette. A coffee maker, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave are provided. You’ll also find everything else you need for cooking.
The beds will be freshly made for you with linens before your arrival, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own. The following three bedrooms are available for your use: a master bedroom with a double bed, two children’s rooms with three 90 x 200 cm beds, a sleeper sofa in the living-dining area, and a 70 x 130 cm crib.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, toilet, dryer, washing machine, and a hair dryer. A 2-in-1 stroller is also available upon request:

Includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, and a 2-in-1 stroller available in the vacation rental.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Es war ein sehr schöner urlaub da mann sehr vieles unter 30 min max 1 h erreichen kann. Sehr gute Resturants in der nähe, Griche, sehr empfehlenswert der Ostfriese in Emden.Die unterkunft ist sehr ländlich man hat da seine ruhe. Sehr nette menschen. Das einzigste was man bemängeln kann ist die coutch ist ein bisschen herunter gekommen und sehr hart, aber sonst ein wunderschön Urlaub.Sehr weiter zu empehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekammen sogleich eine kurze Rundführung durch die Wohnung. Ich muss sagen das das Paar das.die Wohnung vermietet sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist wenn man ein Anliegen oder eine Frage hat. Auch sehr positiv zu halten ist, dass sie jenes Carport mit dahinter liegendem abschließbaren Abstellraum welcher recht groß ist und einiges an platz für Fahrräder oder eine Dachbox bietet extra für besucher gemacht wurde. Auch die Gelegenheit zum Grillen gibt es. Auch sind sie sehr kinderfreundlich da sie selbst Enkelkinder baben und unsere Kinder auch auf deren Kinderrutsche, Klettergerüst ect. spielen oder aber auch mithelfen durften beim Füttern der Hasen. Von der Ausstattung der Wohnung hat es alles was man braucht. Selbst eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen in der Wohnung zur Verfügung was nicht immer üblich ist. Wir und die Kinder haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Hund hat gestört.

Leider hatten die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung einen großen Welpen. Das stand nicht in der Beschreibung. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die Wohnung nicht genommen. Unsere Kinder haben Angst vor Hunden. Der Hund hat unsere Kinder gestern total erschreckt. Er hätte sie fast umgerannt und gebissen. Unsere Tochter hat sich dabei Schürfwunden zugefügt.
