Thoughfuly appointed with inviting living spaces , tranquil ocean inspired decor and breathtaking views ,the condo features a beautiful ocean view from the master suite along with a private balcony access-perfect for enjoying the peaceful sunrise mornings over the ocean .
Community amenities include a beautiful heated pool ,with plenty of lounge chairs, a welcoming community center and a classic shuffleboard court all designed to enhance a relaxing and memorable Coastal Escape. Guests with children Love the new playground directly next door along with basketball courts and remodeled bathrooms . This condo is in front of the no -drive beach which makes it safer and quietter for families to enjoy .
Several restaurants including,Izzys tacos and treats , Sonapa Italian , Beachside Pizza and 7-11 are well within walking distance which makes the location ideal for everyon .

I love creating a space for families to enjoy and equipping it with the little extra things that make a vacation special. NSB is so dear to my heart and I hope after staying at our beautiful condo it will be the same for you and your family..

We love point east because amenities and location. Directly next to the 27th St. playground is fantastic for families even teenagers. Enjoy playing basketball and hanging out with other kids their age.. being able to walk to 711 Izzy‘s tacos and ice cream and chases is also another reason this location is ideal for us and our grandkids. It was also very important that we got an oceanfront complex on the no drive zone so there is plenty of room to spread out and have a Sandcastle competition with your family. 😀

as you can see in the pictures we try to give it a very coastal vibe and equip it with all the things that make a place feel like home. We know what it’s like to travel with luggage and forget items or not be able to pack enough things for the kids to do so we tried to think of everything..
