Completely updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1000 square foot oceanfront condo on the 4th floor. Property includes 2 pools, kiddie pools, clubhouse, shuffle board courts and outdoor grill area. Views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom and covered balcony. The unit has 4 beds and is fully furnished and turn-key. Located just south of Chase's on the no-drive side of the beach, the unit is convenient to shops, stores and dining. 5 minutes away from nightlife on Flagler Avenue. * The seawall is currently under construction but there is still beach access.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Amenities for kitchen and bathrooms were more than generous. Beds and seating arrangements were comfortable. Would recommend for sure!

Long weekend stay

This rental was perfect for our long weekend stay! It was close to everything we needed and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Jason was very responsive with any needs we had. If available, we would stay here again!

Family Reunion

Property was very well kept. Pool area was well tended every morning and throughout the day. Staff working hard to repair storm damages. Clubhouse was neat and clean.

Perfect weekend

My parents, husband and I stayed at the condo for a wedding, having never been to NSB before. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. It is in a great location, close to everything (10 minute drive to the wedding), and was very well stocked with everything you could need. So many towels! The balcony had a much needed beautiful view of the ocean and even though it was a short stay we found time to enjoy the pool. Would stay again.

SOOOOOO Relaxing

My son, daughter in law and two grandkids were staying at the same location but my sister-in-law and I had the condo I rented to ourselves. It was clean, nicely decorated with anything you needed for a beach stay and even with one little hiccup with the bathroom, the owner was right on it, had a plumber there in no time and it was as if nothing was wrong at all. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to New Syrmna.

Ocean view condo

Love the venue. The unit was very nice but needed some updates. Metal Chairs on Balcony were badly rusted. Unit had way too many personal articles in cabnets, closets, boxes, etc. Owner was very responsive to issues.

Great Stay

The condo had everything we needed. Jason (the host) was attentive to us and answered all of our many questions. We had a great time. The property was clean and right on the beach. We saw beautiful sunrises!! The only thing that surprised us was that there was food left in the unit…in a closet as well as the refrigerator. Of course we didn’t use/touch it but we were surprised it would be left there so someone could get at it.

Great Weekend Away

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. It decorated well and was so comfortable that we barley left. Loved overlooking the pool and seeing the ocean from the balcony. Had a slight issue with the door lock but Jason was great at communicating with me about it. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Absolutely perfect!

Pleasantly surprised how well the condo was stocked with both beach chairs, umbrellas & toys as well as pantry items in the kitchen. Very comfortable bed and condo was spotless. Perfect location.

Perfect Weekend

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo has everything you will need for for the beach for you and the kids! The owner truly thought of everything. The condo was very well stocked. All you need to bring is food and your clothing. The condo And the entire complex was spotless! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Comfortable stay on New Smyrna Beach

We rented this condo for a birthday trip for my husband and we had an amazing time. The condo was updated, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys, pantry staples and extra linens. The owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Fully stocked, clean condo - great owner communication

Nice complex close to everything and on the non driving part of New Smyrna. Fully stocked condo with everything you need for the beach plus games puzzles & more. Clean & updated. Great communication with owner.

Sounds of the ocean

We had a Relaxing few days by the ocean. This is a perfect spot to sit and watch the ocean or take a long walk on the sandy beach. Our unit had a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean . We could hear the ocean sound any time we opened our patio door.
