Designed for groups who want more than a place to sleep! Welcome to The Markham Maven, a brand-new luxury home in Durham's charming Duke Park neighborhood.
The experience you won't find anywhere else! Pour craft cocktails in your own prohibition-era speakeasy, then settle into plush seating for a movie in the dedicated home theatre. Cook together in a chef's kitchen and spill out onto the screened patio into a fully fenced private backyard. This isn't just a place to stay, it's the centerpiece of your trip.
The space | Four spacious bedrooms with six beds sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably across three floors. Designer finishes throughout, room-darkening shades in every bedroom, and a dedicated workspace make this equally suited for group getaways, Duke family weekends, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations.
Why guests love this location | Tucked into Duke Park, one of Durham's most beloved residential neighborhoods, you're just 5 minutes from Duke University, 10 minutes from DPAC, and walking distance from local favorites like Ninth Street's restaurants and coffee shops. Brightleaf Square, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and downtown's breweries and dining are all within easy reach.
