Located in Nerja, the lovely two-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 58 m² property consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use. The pool is open from April to October.

Great stay, great location

Needed an apartment for the week as we had lots of family staying and couldn’t all fit into our place. Thrilled with this find. Modern apartment which was clean and had everything we needed. All info shared ahead of stay was really helpful and it was lovely to get a check in from the owner to check everything was ok. Great location for the pool, parking and a stroll downhill into Nerja. Will definitely consider staying again if all the family decide to go out together to Nerja again- thank you!

The gardens were lovely and I got quite excited when I spotted a hummingbird hawkmoth. A fanstastic Property for the most perfect Holiday!

We have just come back from a fantastic stay 12 night stay at Henk & Christa villa! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The first thing that struck us was the most gorgeous view. The villa was immaculate. The interiors were spotless and the modern design added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall the villa was the perfect gataway for our family with a fabulous swimming pool within a short walk. Highly recommend! An absolute gem! Great communication with the owners which was really helpful if we had any questions. We cant wait to book again. Thanks again Henk & Christa

Optimal Vokation

We had 18 optimal vacation days in Henk and Christa's wonderful vacation home. Every day we could have breakfast on the beautiful terrace in the sunshine. And that with this magnificent view of the well-tended gardens, the city of Nerja and the azure blue sea! Even if the host wasn't there, Henk's travel preparations are optimal, we found everything quickly and were well informed in advance. Henk responded very quickly to questions via email. The house is well functional and furnished, nothing important was missing. You can walk to the beaches if you can walk, but a car is advisable. It's a pity that the swimming pool wasn't open yet, but even so we were more than satisfied, thanks Henk and Christa! At some point we will get back to you! Gabi and Gunther

Vackert hus med magisk utsikt

Pros: Huset har en stor härlig terrass med fantastisk utsikt mot havet. Insidan är modern och fräsch med alla faciliteter som behövs. Lugnt och vackert område med fint poolområde och lätt att få parkering. Jättebra wifi! Trevlig värd som var snabb att svara vid kontakt. Med andra ord helt fantastiskt!

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Appartement. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Das Appartement hat alles, was man benötigt und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war zügig und sehr angenehm!! Wir waren zu dritt (mit einem Kind) da und können weiterempfehlen!

Es war ein super Urlaub

Pros: Anfang September waren wir Gäste Bei Henk. Es war ein super Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine Familie mit 2 Kinder. Gut ausgestattet, in der Küche eine gute Möglichkeit zum selbst kochen. Alles sauber. Im Bad gibt zu anderem eine Waschmaschine, die auch gut funktioniert. Und das beste, die große Terrasse!!! Mit großem Tisch und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Und Meeresblick. Die Anlage, wo sich das Ferienhaus befindet, ist gut gepflegt, ruhig. Die Parkplätze nicht weit entfernt und man bekommt immer ein Platz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter immer reibungslos. wir werden gerne noch mal dort unser Urlaub verbringen.

Nous sommes venus en Avril 2023 passer une semaine à Nejra.La maison est très propre, la vue superbe!La résidence est très bien entretenue, les bougainvilliers enchantent le mieux c’était magnifique!La maison est très bien équipée.On se sent comme à la maison!Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques.Nous recommandons fortement ce logement! Pros: Na een last minute boeking, die prima geregeld is via mail en telefoon, hebben wij enorm genoten van de sfeervol ingerichte luxe woning met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De woning ligt in een keurig verzorgde urbanisatie met in november nog allerlei prachtig bloeiende struiken. Mede door het prachtige nazomerweer in onze verblijfsperiode medio november hebben we volop kunnen genieten van alles bij de woning. Van ontbijten op het terras tot lezen op de lounge set. ook de omgeving boodt voor ons volop mogelijkheden voor mooie wandelingen en in Nerja zijn ook genoeg leuke en goede restaurantjes. Zelfs nu was het er nog gezellig druk. We hadden een huurauto en ondanks dat er ook vlakbij het huis een bushalte is vonden wij het geen overbodige luxe. Het is erg heuvelachtig allemaal. Christa en Henk erg bedankt. wij kunnen jullie woning zeker aanraden en hopen zelfs ook nog eens terug te keren.

Pros: 15 jours dans une jolie maison dans un endroit calme ombragé vue sur mer et loin du bruit de la station de Nerja. Il ne manquait rien. Elle se situe aussi a égale distance par rapport aux sites touristiques comme Seville 2h30, Grenade 1h et Cordoue 2h. La mer est proche. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont restés à notre écoute avant et pendant le séjour. Juste une petite déception lors de notre arrivée le service d'entretien n'avait pas commencé le ménage il était midi nous venions de faire 1500km, nous avons pu prendre possession du logement à 16h.

Pros: Välutrustad, bekväm och fräsch. Sköna sängar. Underbar terass med fantastisk utsikt. Fin liten trädgård med skön solhörna. Området mycket lugnt, vackert och välskött, men jobbigt med alla trappor och backar. Helst bör man ha bil, även om det går buss ner stan. Lite ödsligt denna tid på året (feb-mars) men det fanns en liten supermercado i närheten. Vi hade mycket bra kontakt med ägaren via mail, men på plats fanns inte mycket service. Välkomstpärm saknades. Nu klarade vi oss bra eftersom vi varit i Nerja tidigare, men det hade varit trevligt om ägarrepresentanten dykt upp en gång för att ge tips om området. Vi hade tre härliga veckor där med fint väder och hade gärna sett att poolen varit öppen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till denna fina lägenhet.
