The family house with an apartment on the ground floor is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Vantačići, 250 meters from the sea and 4000 meters from the center of Malinska. Near the house there is a shop with basic necessities. Not far from the house is a beautiful promenade by the sea that leads all the way to the center of Malinska, but also to Njivice. In the yard of the house there is a parking lot for guests, and guests can use the barbecue and garden shower.
