The family house with an apartment on the ground floor is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Vantačići, 250 meters from the sea and 4000 meters from the center of Malinska. Near the house there is a shop with basic necessities. Not far from the house is a beautiful promenade by the sea that leads all the way to the center of Malinska, but also to Njivice. In the yard of the house there is a parking lot for guests, and guests can use the barbecue and garden shower.

The apartment for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house, with a total size of 65 square meters. It consists of a beautiful covered terrace, living room, kitchen and dining room all in one space, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
