Enjoy your holiday in the holiday apartment above the hills of Tuscany.



Look forward to moving into this very special accommodation, which you won't be able to tear yourself away from in a hurry. You will be staying under a wooden, exposed roof truss in large, spacious rooms, creating a unique, bright and cosy atmosphere. If you are not eating out, the wonderful terrace area with views over the countryside or the cosy dining area next to the fireplace are ideal.



From the small village of Castelmuzio, you can make excellent excursions into the picturesque area. Be it the nearby Lake Trasimeno or the various national parks in the region - historic villages, wonderful cuisine and beautiful views beckon in every direction.

Great stay in wonderful apartment

We had a great near two week stay at this gem of an apartment in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. You have the use of the terrace to enjoy spectacular sunsets or retreat into the shade and the use of the large pool for a cool down when things get a little too hot. It's location is ideal and means you're never more than a short scenic drive to the beautiful towns and villages such as Pienza and San Quirico D'Orcia and Montepulciano or equally scenic but slightly longer drives to Arrezo, Cortona and Siena. And yes we did them all. We would also highly recommend wine tasting with Giulia at the beautiful Tenuta Sanoner vineyard and beer tasting at the fabulous Saragiolino brewery. I think we will be back!

Do not go here if you have a dog and anticipate a small sized accommodation

Although the apartment was good, tidy and clean, we have had a very negative atmosphere during our holiday. This was caused by the two factors. First of all we thought that we would rent a house in which a maximum of two families could stay. What we did not know, and what is also not mentioned on the website, is that this house is part of a condominium of 9 houses, some of them are also used as living house. The biggest problem we faced was that, although the apartment allows for a dog to stay, dogs are not allowed in the area around the swimming pool, which is situated in another area. This fact and the hard rules the condominium which is also owning the pool area, are following (with no exceptions) were not published on the website when renting the apartment. If we would have known about this condominium structure with their rules and policies on dogs, we would have never rented the apartment. For us and our dog this was not a good experience.

Perfekt!

Traumhafte, super ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Postkartenausblicken. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto (nichts für schwache Nerven) mutet auf dem letzten Stück zunächst etwas abenteuerlich an, ist aber letztlich gut zu bewältigen.Sehr netter Verwalter!
