Little Bear Cabin! A serene retreat to get away!

Welcome to Little Bear Cabin - A peaceful woodland retreat tucked into the trees minutes from the charming town of Dushore. If you’re craving a break from the noise of everyday life, you’ve found your happy place. Sip your morning coffee on the deck, seek adventure hiking all the local trails like Rickett's Glen, curl up with a good book, and end the evening around the fire pit making s’mores under a sky full of stars. This is unplug-to-recharge energy—with Wi-Fi, just in case.

The space
This is a tiny cabin located on one acre of private land approximately 10 minutes from the quaint town of Dushore, PA. The cabin has a queen bed, TV, small but functional kitchen with a mini refrigerator, and a bathroom with a composting toilet. Little Bear offers an outdoor shower heated by a Camplux unit.

Nature lovers will love the location! Explore the nearby hiking trails. Little Bear is the perfect place to get away and find peace and quiet. The cabin is within a short drive to Ricketts Glen, Worlds End, Lackawanna State Park, Loyalsock State Forest, and High Knob Overlook, among other places to explore.

If you must bring your work, Little Bear offers Starlink.

Guest access
When you rent our cabin, you rent it all! You will not be sharing Little Bear home with anyone else. There is a key box on the front door which we will provide the code for once you pay for the property.

Other things to note
While we would love everyone to enjoy our home, we do not permit smoking inside the residence. We also are looking to rent to adults over the age of 21. We love your furry friends, especially dogs, but please know it is best suited for only one dog and there is an additional pet fee.

You will see a Little Bear Camp sign at the top of the driveway indicating this is your destination.

No large parties or gatherings. Please enjoy our property to its fullest as intended.

No fires outside of the specified fire pit / gravel area.

The last mile or so of your trip to the cabin will be on a gravel / dirt road.
