It is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) of the new Markgrafenheide residential complex—built in 2020/ 2021 - 400 m from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

We have furnished our vacation rental “Ostsee Ankerplatz” in a modern, cozy, and high-quality style with great care.
The bathroom features a large rain shower with a shelf for shampoo and shower gel, as well as a V&B whirlpool with light therapy and its own sound system, where you can play your own playlists.
We’ve also installed an infrared sauna, which is very beneficial for your health and gentle on the circulatory system (up to 60°C)—perfect for wellness and relaxation.
Relaxation is guaranteed :) Enjoy the crackling fireplace in the evening, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, watch the latest movies or soccer games on Sky TV’s full lineup via the QLED flat-screen TV, or host game nights with the whole family in the dining/living area.
Both bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, featuring adjustable slatted frames and high-quality hotel-style mattresses. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the opposite wall in each room. Mosquito screens and blackout pleated blinds on the windows also ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
Towels, sauna towels, and bed linens are always included. The beds are already made upon arrival so that your vacation with us can begin right away ;)
Our vacation rental also features a large balcony adjoining the living area with a beautiful sunny spot, furnished with 4 adjustable chairs and a table.
There is a large, lockable bike storage room in the apartment building for bicycles.
The parking lot is located directly behind the house.
