Take a scenic, 12-mile drive up to Lake Anna State Park with more than 15 miles of hiking trails, a visitor center with exhibits that trace the history of the area's gold mining, and guided tours of the Goodwin Gold Mine. And if you're visiting in May, don't miss the Lake Anna Brewfest featuring over 30 different local and regional breweries.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access. The depth of the water down at the dock for the house is roughly 8 feet.
