☀ The main ensuite bathroom, located off the master suite (bedroom 1), features a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and vanity with one sink. You can also access this bathroom from the outside backyard if needed.

☀ The other ensuite bathroom is connected to bedroom 2 and has a vanity with double sinks with direct access from the bedroom, along with a separate door that leads to the toilet and stand up shower with rainfall shower head.

☀The hall bath, which is easily accessible from the main living area and adjacent to bedrooms 4 and across from bedroom 3, offers a shower/tub combination and vanity with one sink.

★☆ KITCHEN, DINNING & LOUNGE ★☆

Family and friends will naturally congregate around the open living space as the kitchen and dining rooms are right off and open to the living room. The living room provides a comfortable space to relax, watch tv or movies on the 65’’ tv (log into your preferred streaming platform with your personal account) and play games. If you like music, we have a gold upright piano to play and a record player to listen to some music on vinyl. There are also two high top tables in the living room that can serve as a spot to work, play games, eat snacks or anything your heart desires. The living room opens up to the back yard with beautiful french doors.

The fully stocked kitchen is clean, modern and spacious, connecting to both the living space and the outdoor dining space. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishware and is ready for home-cooked meals if you choose. It has a spacious island to provide space for casual sitting for 3, food prep and storage.

The fun, “Beach Vibes” dining room can comfortably seat 12 in a combination of chairs for the ends and two sets of bench seating for each side. If there are any “pool sharks” or anyone interested in playing pool, you can transition this dining table to a pool table for some fun and camaraderie.

Guests are welcome to use anything on the property as this is your home away from home (except the locked owner's closet and side yard storage shed).

Other things to note
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking.
• No parties.
• No glass in the pool area.
• The indoor fireplace is not for use.
• Do not play on the pickleball/ sports court when it's wet.
• The living room is a sunken room (1 step down from rest of the house).
• Max occupancy- 12 people (determined by the City of Bradenton regulations)
• We are in a nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.- 8:00 a.m (pickleball/ sports court quiet hours are 8:00p.m.- 9:00a.m. Please be respectful as noise levels are monitored.
• Please put in the proper guests & ages so we can plan accordingly.
• Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked.
• No recreational vehicles, boats, trailer parking allowed in driveway or on street due to city regulations (only temporarily parking for loading or unloading).
• Please take note that we require booking guest to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking request
• To ensure a great fit for our home and neighborhood, when booking we ask all guests to introduce themselves, who is staying (and ages of kids so we can best tailor set-up) and share the purpose of their trip.
