Beautiful house and Alli were absolutely perfect! We had such a good time. The pool was fantastic. The house was beautiful completely stocked not a thing in the world you could ask for that. She didn’t already have there. I’ve stayed at many places and this was the absolute best!! The detached residence was very comfortable and also well stocked. I highly recommend anyone going on a family vacation to Florida check out Bradenton and Alli‘s beautiful house. You will not regret it. Alli was absolutely on the ball responded to me very quickly, an absolute fantastic vacation.

This Bradenton Property Was Outstanding - Absolutely Excellent!

We rented this home so we could attend a wedding in the area and it checked all the boxes for me, my wife, grandma, and our daughter and son-in-law with our new grandson. Everything was very clean, spotless. The kitchen was a dream and the place was immaculate. This is an older home with all the updates you would want. The host was spot on. Three or four times I contacted the host and they were back to me with where something was, whether it was an x-tra blanket or a kitchen need, they were on top of it. This place is completely On The Ball! Jaime

A beautiful home to make wonderful memories with family

Upon arriving at The Beautiful House, it was clear to us that the owners take pride in the home. It was exactly what the pictures showed. Ali was an amazing host, the house was stocked with many things we didn’t even think we needed but was so glad that were provided for us to use. We had plenty of room for us all, to hang out with each other but also to escape and have space. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the beaches, we know that it can take longer with traffic but we lucked out most days and didn’t have that worry. We LOVED our stay and hope to return again. Thank you Ali for a wonderful home for us to use.

Wonderful

House was clean and welcoming. Ali even went the extra mile and left roses on the table for us (anniversary trip/ vow renewal). She has everything you could possibly need & then some! Dinner was even better sitting out on the screened porch. We loved playing the board games nightly after swimming in the pool for hrs. Her pool is small but luxurious with the waterfall, lights, and super swim jet not to mention it's heated. We were thankful she allowed us to bring our dog who enjoyed running free (it's large and fenced). She had everything for the beach too. We made s'mores on her firepit. She kept in touch but wasn't overbearing or annoying. It was pricey but you get what you pay for & the area in general is that way. We made awesome memories! None of us wanted to leave. Epic vacay!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better house or host. We had everything we needed for the beach from chairs, a wagon, towels, etc., the kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/silverware we needed to make our own meals. The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable for relaxing in the living rooms to relaxing by the pool or the screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. If we venture to this area again it will be our house of choice. Ali was wonderful and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well.

We loved it!

This house is fantastic. It has so many bedrooms and bathrooms. It was completely stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit for my adult children. They were in it every day.

Family vacation

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The host let us in early, every tree needed was there. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys. Grill and propane. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Simply Perfect!

Beautiful property and amazing communication with the host!! The neighborhood was so peaceful, and the parking was no hassle. The house and guest house were spotless, and the host had a huge vase of fresh flowers on the dining room table. Really just lovely!

Beautiful House

This house was perfect for our adult family gathering in Florida. The host was always available and accommodating from the time we reserved to the day we left. We especially liked the beautiful pool and spent a lot of our time gathered around and in the pool. We also walked every day around the neighborhood. We had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. If there had been children with us, there were games and even a small table for them. A notebook was provided that explained all the amenities - a really nice touch. We can't say enough how pleased we were with the house.

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

This property was perfect for our family gathering! The home was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the dining area fit all of us comfortably. It also had absolutely everything you could want for trip to the beach! Beach chairs, towels, goggles...and the wagon was a plus!! Poolside was great with plenty of room for our group of 10. Ali was a great host! Thanks again for everything!!

Best VRBO and Best Host Ever!

What an amazing property!!! Great location, beautiful house, very spacious, very easy check-in and check out procedures. The beds are very comfortable, the couches are very comfortable- this house has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation! The pool is great and relaxing. The house is just an incredible place! As good as the house is the host is even better! We had issues with our travel when we were leaving- we booked months in advance and our last days at the house were during Tropical Storm Debby so we had flights that got canceled when we were supposed to leave. The host reached out to us before we even had to and extended our stay by a day. She is absolutely amazing to deal with- quick communication, helped us through stressful travel at the end of our trip and was amazing. This is the best place to rent for a large family- great house and even better host!

Don’t let those photos deceive you

This home is outstanding! I can’t think of one thing that was missed. As a host she went above and beyond what you will experience with any VRBO host. She was available at all times. The home was truly a gem. We extended twice because we loved it so much. Before leaving we booked Labor Day Weekend to bring my 80 year old Dad to see in person what I sent via pictures. Your trips to the store for anything other than food was available, so we paid it forward for the next guest.

Charming Florida Home

Get your bang for your buck with this very Large home , We fully enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for a large family and very well stocked kitchen, excessive amount of beach towels and bath towels which was a plus. We spent every morning drinking our coffee either at the pool or on the screened porch, our afternoons at the beach, and our evenings in the pool and grilling dinner. And no need to bring your beach stuff there is a shed full of everything you could need for the beach. The only down points I could state is that the screened in porch could use a large blind on the front side, the cleaners could do a deep clean more often but all the important areas where clean enough and not worth complaining about..but overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again….

Best time of our life. The house was so comfortable really wasn’t at house. It was more of a home. All our family were just all at how gorgeous it was how well maintained it was, and how it made our stayed there so enjoyable. I was able to talk with the owner and she made everything so easy. Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the spacious home for our group of 10. The detached apartment was perfect for someone that wanted more space to themselves. The pool was warm and swim jet was fun for the kids. Wish that we had known that it would take an hour to get to Anna Maria Island in heavy traffic (our trip was during Spring Break), but only about 15 minutes when we left early in the morning.

Truly the beautiful house

We loved our stay at the beautiful house. We were traveling with a family of five and three other couples. The house was spacious and provided enough bathrooms and beds for everyone to have a comfortable stay. We appreciated all the kitchen supplies and soaps provided throughout the house. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We used the washers and dryers several times. Our kids especially loved their nightly swim and throughly enjoyed the pool. The lights and jets were fun. We appreciated all the supplies in the pool shed that made a couple trips to the beach with a large group so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to walk. The house was near many great restaurants and also a great starting point for a few day trips we took. Ali was a great communicator and made herself easily accessible if we needed anything. We would love to return to this house on our next trip to Florida.

Bradenton Beautiful House

This is a most amazing home. I would love to stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone from a family with young children to a group of adults or couples. Close to everything. Fully equipped. You will want for nothing. Loved this house!!!!

Perfect Family Home

Our family of 7 - husband/wife, son and daughter/son-in-law and two small grandchildren - absolutely loved our stay at The Beautiful House in February. The pictures are beautiful but the house is way better than the pictures can show. The thoughtfulness of Ali (& team) was amazing - they truly went above and beyond. The great communication prior to and during our stay, the beautiful fresh flowers on the dining room table, the baby gates in place to accommodate our 3 year old and 15 month old grandchildren, and the fully stocked kitchen make this home the best we have stayed at (and we have stayed at several). There are several sitting areas in the home - our favorites were the comfy sitting room right off the kitchen, overlooking the pool, and the screened porch where we enjoyed each meal at “home” with the ambient sound of the pool fountain. We enjoyed walks along the riverwalk and to Jeremiah’s for treats (a must). The backyard shed contained SO MANY pool and beach toys - thank you! The separate guest quarters provided a quiet spot away from the children for those who needed to fit in some work time.The laundry facilities - not one washer and dryer set, but THREE! And the pool - the water temperature was perfect for cooling down after a day of activity AND playing in the cooler morning air. Book this beautiful home when you come to this area of Florida - you will not be disappointed! Ali, thank you!

About Alison
We fell in love with this beautiful house and its location when we laid eyes on it in 2007. The location is excellent because it’s central to everything yet quiet and peaceful with wide vistas on the street and vintage street lamps that add to its appeal. I used to take walks in this neighborhood, so when I saw this beautiful house for sale I was immediately convinced it would be a wonderful home and be a beautiful place to create great memories. We have formerly offered it on VRBO with great success during 2014 having a 5-star rating. It was a wonderful experience and we love that people gathered and loved and created joyous memories together here. I call it the beautiful house because I like to make things beautiful and that extends far beyond the aesthetic to the experience of feeling welcome, accommodated and attended to. The proximity and location of the surroundings has something to offer everyone that visits.

Why Alison chose River District location
This home has it all, an oversized lot, plenty of parking, private and fenced backyard, centrally located, close to I-75, close to IMG, beaches, shopping and close to downtown. Easy to hit the interstate and be at Prime Ellenton outlets in 10 minutes, Tampa in 45 minutes, or Orlando in 90 minutes, and the new mall at University Town Center is 10 min while IMG Academy is about 15 minutes away. This home has plenty of space for the whole family, grandchildren, 4 couples can fit comfortably and is located on a quiet street. The home itself is light bright and comfortably decorated on one of many oversized lots on the street. This home has a serene quiet park like backyard where wildlife abounds daily. The amenities are too many to list but the accommodations for a large family is one of the best you will find without being directly on the beach. This home meets all of our extended family’s needs and there is plenty of room for the family dog to be outside on the porch.

Backyard entertaining area that could easily fit 12 people for a fantastic Florida vacation. Really there is no need to go to the beach when everything you need is at this home. When you think of a Florida home and living the ultimate Florida lifestyle this home would fit the bill. You can open all 44 windows and screened doors and hear the boats on the river from every room. During winter months the whole home can be opened up to the breeze. The detached residence-inspired 500 sq. ft. cottage is located in the rear of the property and is a lovely spacious retreat with cathedral ceiling, perfect to lounge and relax. The home is located on a large lot 100’ x 188’ deep and fenced on all three sides of the backyard. Easy commute to IMG, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Myers or Naples.
