The Space:

Welcome to your own private mountain retreat, The Moonridge Ranch, set on 40 secluded acres backing directly to the National Forest with beautiful views of Big Bear Lake. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down, spread out, and enjoy time together without distractions.



Whether you're starting your morning with coffee by the fire pit, heading out for a hike right from the property, or relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, this home was designed for memorable stays.

Bathrooms & Comfort



One of the things guests love most about this home is that every bedroom has its own private bathroom with heated tile floors. On chilly Big Bear mornings, stepping onto a warm floor after a shower is a small luxury that makes a big difference.



The primary suite takes it even further with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower—your own personal spa after a day on the slopes or trails.



Living & Gathering



The main living space is warm and inviting, with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, smart TV, and a large dining table where everyone can come together. There’s also a separate table for games, puzzles, or extra seating.



The game room is always a favorite, with a pool table, poker table, wet bar, and direct access to the hot tub with lake views.



Kitchen



The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large group dinners. It includes a convection oven, stovetop, cookware, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers—just bring your favorite coffee.



Outdoor Experience



This is where the property really shines.



Relax in the 14-person hot tub, enjoy the fire pit overlooking the lake, and let the kids play in the outdoor playground. Great area for outdoor grilling.

The half-mile private driveway is perfect for walking, biking, and letting everyone explore safely.



With direct access to the National Forest, you can hike, bike, and enjoy nature without ever getting in the car.

No Parties, Gatherings or Weddings are allowed per City Regulations.

About 2 miles to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Big Bear Lake

10–15 minutes to The Village

Guest can hike directly on the property.

Winter season you have your own private sled hill.



You’ll feel completely private, yet still close to everything.

No parties, Weddings or Events. Fines can be assessed by city including eviction.

Quiet hours required: 10pm to 7am.

Parking limited 5 cars in driveway. No garage access.

Winter conditions may require chains

No pets allowed.
