Holiday house Pinia is located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, only 450m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. The house has been built in the year 1988 and it is partly renovated. It has a garden with barbecue and private covered parking. The owner does not live on the property.
The family house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 110m2. On the ground floor there is a living area with a two-persons sleeping couch, satelite tv and terrace, kitchen with dining table and shower/toilet. There is an exit to the second terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture from the hallway. On the first floor ther are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet are available.

Perfect location: close to the beach (10min walk with kids) and city (1,2km) and the luxury of a quite garden, where you can rest and enjoy your meals on the terrace.the nice frontyard with flowers is welcoming you, when you get back from your walks.The restaurant Zomzi is just around the corner (less than 100m!). They have a small but good menu and are very friendly.

Insgesamt war es ein schönes Erlebnis. Die Lage ist perfekt mit 10min Laufweg durch den Pinienwald zum Strand. Man hat auch eine schöne Aussicht vom Haus ins Grüne und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und ein gepflegtes Stadtviertel. Das Haus ist soweit gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind Türen und Fenster und verschiedene Einrichtungsgegenstände schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Rasen ist komplett vertrocknet, was ich aber nachvollziehen kann, weil es viel Wasser verbrauchen würde, um diesen grün zu halten. Internet, Fernseher und Klimaanlage waren auf dem neuesten Stand.
