In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this stunning holiday apartment facing the sea boasts an excellent location close to the beach.

This 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer as well as cable TV (streaming services are available) and a DVD player.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture and an open terrace.

Share a homemade meal on your terrace while enjoying the sea view in the background.

Pros: Besser kann man nicht wohnen. Alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, es fehlte nichts - auch die Küche war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar - in ca. 15 min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Mercado Central, wo es wirklich alles an Obst und Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch in hervorragender Qualität gibt. Wir haben die Lage direkt in Las Palmas, aber doch ruhig am Strand, sehr genossen. Abends bequem zu Fuß in die wunderbaren Restaurants und Bars - ein perfekter Urlaub. Ganz lieben Dank an Marta!

Solemos ir dos o tres veces al año a Gran Canaria puesto que tengo familia allí. El apartamento esta genial tanto por su ubicación como por todos los detalles que la propietaria a dedicado a que el cliente se sienta como en casa. El trato ha sido muy cordial y realmente pensamos que será nuestro alojamiento siempre que vayamos a la isla y haya disponibilidad claro. (-:

L'aspetto più rilevante e che si trova nel cuore de Las Canteras, una delle spiagge cittadine più belle. Terrazzo meraviglioso che si affaccia sulla passeggiata a fronte mare. Hector molto gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, per la comodità eccezionale.

Pros: Great apartment everything you could want, the balcony is the best, large with comfortable cushioned chairs to sit or lie on, you can people watch people walking on the promenade below, or people in the sea, canoeing, snorkelling, swimming, you also hear all the different buskers below. Lots of different channels on the TV. The owner’s communications were very good and fast responses to the initial enquiry to booking and going.

Pros: We (parents and one teenage-boy) spent a week in this wonderful, fully-equipped apartment at the Playa de Las Canteras. It was quiet although just at the seaside boulevard and above restaurants. The only continuous sound was the waves of the sea! The terrace was absolutely marvelous and in good use during our stay. Contact person Hector was a helpful and great guy. And Marta, thanks for the good guidance before the journey! We will highly recommend this apartment!

Pros: Lage: sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr ruhig, trotz zahlreicher Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ruhige Nachbarn. Supermarkt, Parkhaus, Restaurants aller Qualitätsstufen fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung: bis auf einen Haartrockner ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, selbst Ersatzlampen und Batterien für diverse Fernbedienungen. Die Qualität der Ausstattung entspricht der Herkunft, fast alles vom Blau-Gelben Riesen aus Schweden. Zustand: nicht wirklich sauber, Küchenfront und Schubladen, Geschirr, Besteck, Schubladen im Kleiderschrank bedurften einer 2 stündigen Überholung. Kürzung der Endreinigung wurde akzeptiert. Fazit: Trotz einiger Mängel so schön, dass wir wiederkommen.
