Just 3 minutes from Sea Crest Beach Resort and Old Silver Beach—famous for sunsets and a family-friendly sandbar—and only 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge and to downtown Falmouth & Woods Hole for shops, dining, and ferries.

A stay you’ll return to year after year.

The home is available for a minimum 7-day/6-night stay and a maximum of 15-day/14-night during select weeks when we’re not on the Cape.

With over 4,400 sq. ft. of living space on nearly an acre, La Sirena is designed to bring people together—whether you’re gathering with family, hosting friends, or simply unwinding.

Our family has been coming to Falmouth for 15+ years, and this home reflects everything we love about the Cape: relaxed luxury, effortless indoor-outdoor living, and close proximity to the area’s most iconic spots. Thoughtfully remodeled with a “coastal chic” aesthetic, it offers a seamless blend of comfort, space, and charm.

Spend sun-filled days at the beach, then ease into summer evenings on the sky deck—grilling dinner, enjoying the breeze, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower as the sun sets.

From quiet mornings on the deck to movie nights around the projector or relaxing in the backyard lounge, every space has been intentionally designed to elevate your stay.

We continue to evolve the home as our family grows, and we hope it becomes a place your family returns to year after year.
