Beautiful property in great location

Great house for our family vacation. There were ten people ages 17-86. Home is spacious and comfortable. Location is great. 5 minute drive to South Cape Beach. 12 minute walk to New Seabury Marketplace. Pool is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

The house was everything they said it would be. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. The young ones enjoyed games in the garage and of course the pool.

Wonderful week at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful week at New Seabury. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly want for a week’s stay, including beautiful views of the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, great beds, games for the kids, and a fabulous pool. New Seabury has a lovely central area with some shops, restaurants, mini-golf and entertainment in the evening. We’d definitely come again. Laurie Lerner

Great stay in the cape!

Our stay at this luxurious and spacious home in New Seabury, was nothing short of perfect! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool was a fantastic addition, providing a refreshing escape and hours of fun for our family. The game room was a huge hit, offering endless entertainment for both kids and adults. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and spacious for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space, and it was great to have several bathrooms. The water pressure is weak but I find that to be the case with most septic houses and/or those near the beach. The pool and the gaming garage were wonderful as well. The location within New Seabury was very enjoyable - we took advantage of the Popponesset Marketplace several times, and ate at the inn. Mashpee Commons is a short drive and great for restaurants, shopping, and a movie on a rainy day. The house is super close to South Cape Beach, and an easy drive to Falmouth to catch the ferry. Highly recommend for a relaxing and lovely family vacation.

Family Reunion

Beautiful property and home. Had lots of fun in heated pool and game room. Close to public beach and Poppenesett Market which we really enjoyed. Owner communication was excellent.

Wedding Oasis!

Outstanding home--comfortable and fully equipped with beautiful pool. Easy, efficient dealings with host. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay for our son's wedding and would rent this home again. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Staycation in New Seabury

This is the perfect spot to treat yourself to a luxury but welcoming staycation. The property is beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean, a lovingly manicured yard, clean rooms, and all the amenities needed and then some. The kids swam everyday followed by some intense table tennis tournaments in the garage game room. The host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a magical week!

Great home for first Cape visit!

The house was perfect for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the game room, foosball table and pool. The view of the Atlantic from the front porch was a nice way to greet each day and we enjoyed the “full strawberry moon” from that same deck on our last night there. Easily driveable to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. J was very responsive to an issue I emailed about. Hope to make the trip back again some time soon.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

We had an amazing weekend staying here. From the ocean views, the cleanliness, the amount of space and things to do, to the comfortable beds and more I already can’t wait to come back! Jay was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and supplied the house with everything that you could possibly need. Highly recommend in any season of the year!

Great family space indoors and out.

Wonderful house, lots of rooms and bathrooms. We had 3 families and we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The pool and property were super. Very walkable to the little town which was great for the kids. Great location on the Cape, close to Falmouth and Hyannis and Mashpee Commons was a quick car ride away. Owners are remarkable, quick to respond to any questions. We would 100% rent this house again!

Family vacation at the cape

Great experience from start to finish. Pictures do not adequately describe how wonderful the home is. Jay is incredibly attentive. Immediately fixed a WiFi problem. Perfect location. Quiet but near everything. Great restaurants nearby. The house also has great views.

Heavenly vacation!

This house met all of our needs beautifully--we had all six of our kids and their respective partners and fiancees, and everyone had their own lovely bedroom--there were spaces to gather in small groups (the front deck! the back deck! the pool! the basement and bar area (comfy couch!), and spaces for all of us to gather together. We especially loved outdoor eating on the back deck. The pool was warm, and the extras for the kids: arcade games. air hockey, basketball, foosball made rainy days easy. Easy drive to the beach, easy walk to the market where you can get the best lobster roll I've ever had. We already booked for next year.

A lovely stay

My family and I stayed here for a few days over the holiday break. The house was just as described with many comfy rooms and plenty of room to spread out. My kids especially loved the game room and the whole family enjoyed playing foosball! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and only a short drive from shopping and yummy restaurants and the beach. As it was winter we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the outside areas all looked very well maintained. Hopefully we can come back when it’s warm! The owner was responsive and helpful throughout.

Much needed vacation

We had a great time in this vacation home. The house was well ventilated with the high ceilings in the common space and ceiling fans. A/C is available, but it was cooler when we went, so open windows worked perfectly fine with the fresh air. We had a lot of space to spread out and the pool was amazing. The kids couldn’t get enough of it. The property manager was super attentive and responsive to our every need. Would definitely consider renting again!

Beautiful family retreat!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The house is beautiful with gorgeous landscaping and a lovely pool that my granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed. My single son had the lower level to himself and having two bedrooms with king size beds fit our needs perfectly. An added bonus was the game room in the garage. We had two initial issues with the smoke detector going off and a problem with the internet (as my daughter-in-law was working remotely) and Justin saw to them immediately. Highly recommend this place!
