From the 1st floor, the holiday home 'Colonies' impresses guests with its fantastic views of the sea and Cabrera. Located in the countryside it is a spacious, quiet and tranquil setting - ideal for relaxing escape. The 2-storey newly-built property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an additional toilet and, can therefore accommodate 6 people. Furnishings are also new. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV with streaming services available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a covered terrace. The perfect setting to relax, soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the pool and dine outside with your loved ones.

Das Haus liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig aber dennoch ruhig.

Pros: Es hat uns super gefallen. Schon die Begrüßung war toll und völlig unkompliziert (danke Caty). Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber, der Pool klasse. Es fehlt auch bei der Einrichtung an nichts. Cons: Hier gibt es nichts zu sagen. Alles war super.

Schöne Unterkunft in top Lage

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende sehr erholsam. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man benötigt. All in all ist die Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Es fehlt etwas Liebe zum Detail.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Cons: Kleine Details, wie z.B. Nachttischlampen oder nicht dimmbares Licht könnte verbessert werden. Auf der sehr großen Terrasse wären z.B. Daybeds am Pool die Kirsche auf der Torte.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war das beste, was wir über all die Jahre bisher gebucht haben. Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Alles neu, sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt und tip top in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung lässt ebenso absolut keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist auch wunderbar (Wasser 25°C im Oktober). Der Strand in Colonia ist auch prima und sehr gut für Kinder geeignet (Platja des Dolç fanden wir besser als Es Trenc) und in 5 Fahrminuten (plus 5-10min Fußweg) schnell zu erreichen, falls man einfach nur schnell mal baden gehen möchte. Alles in allem fühlt man sich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause. Ich würde 6 von 5 Sternen geben, wenn möglich.

Magnifique villa au calme

Accueil très chaleureux de Cati et Toni. Très à l’écoute. Maison moderne, spacieuse, d’une grande propreté. Très grand garage Excellent Séjour d’une semaine passée dans une magnifique villa au calme, de très belles prestations. Plages très proches. Nous recommandons très vivement.
