Located in Ses Salines, this 392 m² house comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. Families with children have access to a high chair and cot, and central heating provides extra comfort in winter. The new central heating system makes the house perfect for autumn, spring, and winter stays.
Step out into the private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and 2 private balconies, all offering beautiful sea views. Relax in the private outdoor pool and prepare meals on the private barbecue.
For parking, you have access to 3 shared spaces on the property, 3 in the garage, and street parking. There is a shared electric car charger and shared bike storage. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and 1 small pet is welcome with prior notice to the host. Events are not permitted.
Important: The windows follow traditional Mediterranean style; bedrooms do not have mosquito nets.
