TORRE MARINA - Villa with private pool in Sa Ràpita.

Wonderful summer house with private pool, set in Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. It is only 1 km from the beach of Sa Rapita and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Have a morning swim in the 11.5m x 7m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 1.8m. Afterwards, lay down on one of the four loungers, enjoy an exterior shower or organize a barbecue with family and friends on the terrace. On the porch you will be able to have great dinners al fresco or relax on the sofa. Several flower pots and plants give a Mediterranean touch to the exteriors. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbors around so you will be able to enjoy your privacy.

Inside, the house is decorated in a traditional way, without lacking modern equipment like Wifi and satellite-TV. The rooms are distributed on two floors. The living area is characterized by its cozy sofas and rustic living room table, as well as a dining area where eight people can enjoy meals together. The nicely furnished kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher and all important kitchen utensils to cook up a feast. There's a washing machine, iron and ironing board on the terrace. On the ground floor, you can choose between three bedrooms with wardrobe, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. Besides, there's a shower bath and four fans. Another shower bathroom can be found on the first floor. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Sa Rapita forms part of Campos and it's a lovely coastal town surrounded by many dreamlike beaches as Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the natural beach of Es Trenc. Both in Sa Rapita and Campos you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything else you may need. Thursday and Saturday takes place the market in Campos where to buy fresh fruit, vegetables and souvenirs.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Sie liegt etwas außerhalb aber bis zum nächsten Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Der Naturstrand Es Trenc ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, großer Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Handtücher und Pooltücher sind vorhanden. Die Betten ultra bequem ?. Ich würde sie wieder mieten. Die Buchung und auch der Kontakt vor Ort verdienen alle Sterne.

Love the pool! And a lot of nice chill areas. A quiet area. The house is Nice, But could use some renovations. Some things were broken or old. The location is good, close to the beach and stores. And from there you can go to a lot of nice places by car. The communication with the owners is fast and good.

Tolles Haus mit Riesen Pool

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten ursprünglichen Finca verbracht.Es mangelt an nichts.Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und unsere Enkelkinder waren kaum herauszubekommen.Zum schönen Es Trenc Strand ist es auch nicht weit und mit dem Auto ist man in Kürze in Campos wo man in diversen Supermärkten einkaufen kann.Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Finca.

Great Rural Escape But Close Enough to Town

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay here in August 18. The Villa is an updated old building and still retains a lot of original character and finishing's while largely being updated with new furnishings and could be described as rustic, especially kitchen area and covered veranda. Inside communal area is a spacious open plan hall/lounge/dining area and kitchen which has plenty of lighting options as there are limited windows due to old style of building. Plenty of modern fittings and equipment although we couldn't get UK TV on television which was no big deal for us as we spent most of time outside. More importantly for our 2 teenage children, the WIFI was very good and worked well outside too. Bedrooms were located off communal areas and were decent size but storage little limited but all beds were very comfortable. Although no aircon there were fans for each room which worked well for us and we all slept really well. Main bathroom was modern with excellent large walk in shower and a second bathroom with shower was available upstairs next to 4th bedroom which we didn't use. Outside is the real highlight as being located about 600m down a decent farmers track with closest neighbours being couple of smaller fincas about 100m away you are truly secluded being surrounded on all 4 sides by fields. It really is quiet. Huge pool is main highlight - it really is as big as it looks on photos and we loved it. Although showing some sign of age it's still perfectly safe and deep end is 2m deep while shallow end is only about 1m.There is a powerful cold water shower next to it which is great in hot conditions. We didn't have a hire car and found it no problem walking to Sa Rapita. It's 1 mile to marina and then about another half mile to first of restaurants and supermarket on the front. Loved our time there and only reason we didn't give 5 stars as some areas/items showing some sign of wear and not quite as luxurious as some recent properties we've stayed at but does have great character.

Bonita y disfrutable casa en medio del campo y cerca de una playa fantástica

Disfrutamos mucho de esta casa. Está en medio del campo y caminando a 15 minutos de la playa de Sa Ràpita que es la continuación de Es Trenc y es paradisíaca. La casa es amplia y cómoda y su exterior con el porche y la piscina, muy disfrutables en verano. La única pega es la falta de enchufes, especialmente en el exterior y mejor iluminación en el porche. Por lo demás muy bien.
