The Space
Sunview Escape is a thoughtfully updated Palm Springs retreat designed for comfort, style, and connection. The home features an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area—ideal for gathering and entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for cooking at home, along with a coffee setup and complimentary coffee and tea. The interior design balances a clean, modern look with playful pops of personality, creating a relaxed desert vibe throughout.
The home is also equipped with Smart TVs, blackout shades, and convenient touches to ensure a comfortable stay.
Sleeping Arrangements
This home accommodates up to 8 guests (per city regulations: 6 adults max, plus 2 children under 13).
• Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
• Second Suite: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed with workspace
• Bonus Room: Queen bed
The primary suite includes family-friendly amenities such as a pack & play and high chair. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs, blackout shades, and added comfort essentials.

Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Located in the Tram View Heights neighborhood of Palm Springs, this home sits in an area experiencing ongoing growth and redevelopment. The neighborhood reflects a more transitional, evolving side of the city compared to some of the more established resort areas. You may notice a mix of residential styles and varying levels of upkeep, which is common in this part of Palm Springs. Like many areas throughout the city, there may also be a visible unhoused population in certain nearby areas.
That said, the property itself is private, fully enclosed, and designed to offer a comfortable and relaxed environment for your stay. Most guests spend their time enjoying the home's amenities or heading just 10–15 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Due to limited sidewalks and the overall layout of the neighborhood, this area is better suited for guests planning to drive rather than walk extensively.
Wind Conditions
Northern Palm Springs is known for its unique desert landscape and mountain views, but it can also experience more wind than other areas of the Coachella Valley. The nearby wind farms are a testament to the area's natural wind patterns. Wind conditions vary by season and weather system, and while many days are calm, guests should be aware that breezy conditions are not uncommon.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fees (1 dog max)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
