Victoria Park / Vista Norte Homes in Palm Springs - Located off N. Avenida Caballeros between Racquet Club and Vista Chino in Palm Springs, CA. Victoria Park is also known as Vista Norte. This highly sought after neighborhood is renowned for its classic residential Mid-Century Modern architecture. Located on the north end of the city. This eclectic neighborhood was mostly built between 1962 - 1978. Homes are well suited for indoor/outdoor living with large expanses of glass walls and fabulous views of the nearby mountains. This region is recognized for the famous Jack Meiselman’s modern designs, with his signature pitched roofs and sequestered master bedrooms.
