Welcome to the Residenz Alte Bergstraße 8 apartment complex in Scharbeutz.


The apartment is located right in the center of Scharbeutz and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Dünenmeile. Here you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the expansive Baltic Sea beach.


This tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with a south-facing balcony, suitable for 4 people, is located on the 1st floor in a quiet area.
The cozy living and sleeping area, which includes a kitchenette, features a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a dining table that seats 4 people. A flat-screen TV (81 cm), Blu-ray player, and stereo system with CD player are also included. A small selection of books, various games, and an extensive DVD collection are available for guests to enjoy. The kitchenette is equipped with all the appliances needed for daily use.


The separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) also features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a wardrobe.
The shower room with a toilet offers various storage options for your personal belongings.


The building has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase.
A free parking space is available for your use and is located next to the building (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
