The adjoining kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, leaving nothing to be desired. The adjacent dining area is cleverly integrated into the living room. The separate sleeping area of this 1.5-room apartment features a cozy, large double bed (1.80 m wide), and a lighted wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The spacious balcony, equipped with a patio heater, features a dining area and its own beach chair—a wonderful spot to relax. The side view of the ocean leaves nothing to be desired here, either. The modern interior bathroom, complete with a large, comfortable shower, bathtub, and toilet, rounds out this stylish vacation apartment. The washer and dryer in the communal basement are available for a fee.
