We're a local Tampa Bay family that loves this area and wants our guests to love it too. We also run a home services company, so our properties are always well-maintained — AC, plumbing, and everything in between are taken care of by us personally. We're hands-off with your privacy but always just a message away if you need anything. Our goal is simple: give you a clean, comfortable place to stay so you can focus on enjoying your trip.

We chose this spot because it gives you the best of both worlds. You're in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood where you can relax and unwind, but you're only about ten minutes from Clearwater Beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer. It's the kind of location where you can have a lazy morning on the patio with coffee and still be at the beach before lunch.

This is a private suite with its own entrance, not a shared room or a sectioned-off part of someone's house. You get your own kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor seating area, and dedicated parking. It's a compact, comfortable space that has everything you need and nothing you don't. We also have an on-site EV charger available for guests. And because we're in the trades, everything in this suite is maintained to a higher standard than your typical rental — the AC runs right, the water feels great, and nothing is falling apart.
