The Luxury Sea View Apartment is located in Nerja just a short walk from the beach.

The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV and a DVD player.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area featuring an open terrace and a balcony with garden furniture.

Amazing Sea Views

The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the city of Nerja. There were calming sea views from many windows. Patrick was great! His directions were perfect and he was responsive to all of our needs.

Pros: Lägenheten är rymlig och luftig, med strålande havsutsikt. Uppskattar att det städades och bytes lakan och handdukar 2 ggr under vår 14 dagars resa, och städdagarna var flexibla. Området och poolen är bra, och på lämpligt promenadavstånd från "staden". Många fina restauranger i närområdet finns det också. Värden var väldigt bra och snabb på att återkoppla. I övrigt är Nerja alltid Nerja. Cons: Priset var lite väl högt, men det hade vi accepterat. Saknas / snålt lite husgeråd, glas, koppar, lite bestick. Att parkera hyrbilen i området blir allt svårare med åren, gatuparkering låter bra men att hitta en parkeringsplats är inte lätt under säsong.

Pros: We are very happy with the appartment! Its our second stay there, and we will love to go back sometime. The view from the terrace and kitchen is amazing! But with small children: be aware of the risks with children climbing in the kitchen Windows/terrace.The whole complex is nice with a small pool area, short way to the beach and centre. everything is clean and nicely kept.

Pros: Had not been to Nerja for 9 years and had always stayed at the Burriana end of Town; but the apartment spec sold it for us so tried the Torricella beach, end for the first time and what a boon it was. Firstly - Patrick is an outstanding host and a real gentleman. Do not be put off by Whatsapp; which is his main MO for contact, as he is on it like a car bonnet, before during and after your stay. The Apt is Top Class and the views from the breakfast area, the balcony and the general vistas are exceptional. Do not hesitate to book this apartment and also explore this part of a Nerja - the beach here is much better than Burriana too. Patrick - once again thank you do much for a wonderful holiday - Alan, Helen, Alicia & Thomas X

Pros: Lovely, well presented apartment. Patrick (the owner) couldn't be more helpful or genuine. The panoramic views from the apartment are stunning, from sun rise over the mountains to sunset over the balcony. Siesta time can easily be spent sat looking out to sea with a glass of wine! The site is very well run, clean and has very high standards. There are some very good restaurants within 2 minutes of the apartment and the nearest beach is a very short walk. The Balcon and the main part of town are just a short walk away.

Auch während des Aufenthalts kann man jederzeit mit ihm Kontakt aufnehmen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Nerja ist ein idyllischer Ort an dem man sich wohlfühlt,sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: We had a great stay in la Fuentes, absolutely Perfect Nice, new and clean appartment with an astonishing view from kitchen and balcony. Would absolutely recommend it. The owner was very nice and answered quickly if anything. Everything worked well, except the parasol was broren and the bathroom sinks were a bit slow Would be careful with children aged 1-3 with the opening of windows in the kitchen, also the kitchen cabins are all low, so our youngest managed to brake som glases.. We would like to go there again!

Everything about this booking the owner and the apartment could not have been any better. Pros: Nog nooit in zo'n goed uitgerust appartement in Spanje geweest. De keuken was goed en zeer volledig ingericht. Grote koelkast en, heel fijn, een vaatwasser én wasmachine. Zeer nette en fijne douche met toilet en nog een apart toilet. Voldoende kussens op bed en ruim aantal kledinghangers in de kast. Matrassen ook prima. Fijne bank en goed werkende airco. Kortom volledig ingericht en alles werkte naar behoren. De locatie is rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht over zee. Vlakbij een aantal restaurants, waarvan één topper (La Bottega). Het centrum is op 10 minuten lopen. Het Torrecilla strand is op 5 minuten lopen. Het Burriana strand is op ruim 20 minuten lopen. Het contact met de verhuurder Patrick was uitermate prettig. Spreekt goed Engels en reageert meestal direct. Is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en heeft veel tips voor trips in de omgeving en leuke restaurants. Het appartement is wat aan de prijzige kant maar wij hadden dit er wel voor over. Wij raden dit appartement en zijn verhuurder dan ook zeker aan als je van een onbezorgde, van alle gemakken voorzien, vakantie in Nerja wil genieten.
