The modern furnished apartment is located in the popular residential area Andreasvorstadt on the edge of the old town and is only a few streetcar stops away from the main station. All popular sights are also only a stone's throw away - the perfect starting point for a great stay in Erfurt.

The officially licensed vacation apartment has two quiet bedrooms, a living room with separate dining area, as well as a cozy TV corner in which the large sofa bed is located. Due to the high ceilings, the great old building charm and sympathetic modern furnishing style, our guests appreciate it as a highlight in Erfurt.

The combination of modern kitchen, dining room and TV area leads to the best possible use of space and thus to the highest quality of living. The large kitchen in particular is ideal for cooking with the family or in small groups, after which dinner is served in the adjacent dining room. The eat-in kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is of course fully equipped.

The interior style is modern and provides a unique atmosphere with the personal accessories. The lounge area with sofa and armchair corner then gives additional opportunity to linger. The many windows and the high ceilings make the apartment nice and bright. There is a large spacious toilet bathroom and a separate toilet.

Es gibt einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz im Hinterhof für ein mittelgroßen PKW. In den anliegenden Straßen ist das Parken auch kostenlos.

The key is provided for the guest in a lockbox not far from the apartment.

Fewo war kalt Fewo insgesamt, Küche, Betten, Möbel in Ordnung, Fernseher aktuell, WLAN funktioniert, zwei von vier Wasserhähnen verschlissen, einer locker, Silikonfugen sind Wartungsfugen!, Handwaschbecken gesprungen Staubsauger bei den Teppichen wäre hilfreich

Angenehm und unkompliziert

Wir waren zu viert ein Wochenende für eine Hochzeit vor Ort, Check-in und check-out waren sehr entspannt, die Infos drei Tage vor Ankunft sehr detailliert. Klare Empfehlung!

Good apartment and lovely Location, but pricey

We had a wonderful stay in my hometown with my family. The apartment had most of the things we needed for a lovely stay but here is the - however. We were a family of 7 and looked for a place to host all of us which is not easy to find. The booking description listed this property as a place for 7 people and we were delighted. We were surprised when we were charged an extra $625 for an 'additional person'. We did not say anything during the initial booking as we thought maybe they would provide an extra bed that is usually not part of the apartment that would justify the extra costs. To our surprise, that was not the case. There was plenty of space in one of the bedrooms to place an additional bed but we had to sleep three people on a couch intended for two. Overall a good place with a great location, but we feel that we were misled and overcharged.

Gern wieder

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Leider sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter weg, ebenso Gastronomie (mit Ausnahme kleiner Pizzadienst). Aber alles noch in Gehweite. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist nur mit schmalen Fahrzeugen zu erreichen, Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus aber problemlos und kostenfrei möglich. Würde ich wieder mieten :-)
