Stylish living close to the old town, the university and the hospital

Vacation Rental 1
Up to 4 people can enjoy relaxation and rest in our beautifully furnished ground-floor vacation rental. In addition to two bedrooms—one with a large double bed and one with two single beds—our vacation rental also features a cozy living room and a kitchen with a balcony. In the bathroom, a bathtub invites you to take a relaxing soak.

The three quietly located vacation apartments opened in 2013, and the basement apartment at the Rosenhof opened in 2018. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The vacation apartments are located not far from the Old Town. Erfurt Cathedral, Petersberg, the university, and the hospital are also within walking distance.

A total of 16 people can be accommodated.

Each of our vacation apartments has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a balcony, and a kitchen-living room with a balcony.

The vacation home has 1 bedroom for 3 people, a fold-out bed in the kitchen-living room, and features an adjoining terrace.

In the bathrooms, a bathtub invites you to take a relaxing soak.

The new, cozy basement apartment has one bedroom for three people, a fold-out bed in the kitchen-living room, and one bathroom with a shower.

The nearest tram stop, Baumerstraße, is less than 4 minutes away. Nearby, several highly recommended restaurants invite you to linger and also offer a pleasant evening stroll back to your accommodation. Recreation areas, bike trails, and leisure activities await your exploration here.

Wonderful

New and spacious apartment with easy walk or tram to all the beautiful sights of Erfurt. Lovely porch and courtyard with gorgeous roses. We stayed with our two children and found it very comfortable. Host is very helpful and easy to contact.

Darling Cottage

We stayed in #3, which is the cottage in the back. It was just right for us, with room for the two of us staying and an expandable dining table, so my sister and her family could come over for dinner (which was great since their Erfurt apartment is TINY). The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and equipment we needed. The bathroom was very pretty; I loved the skylight and the shower was AMAZING! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom had lots of room for our suitcases and stuff. Our hosts were very gracious and generous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I do think it would be less confusing if the different apartments were listed separately, so you know which pictures will apply to your stay.

*****
