Newly furnished Southgate home sleeping up to 8 across 3 bedrooms. Private heated saltwater pool off the master suite, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, board games. Two-car garage plus driveway parking, full privacy, self check-in. About a mile from Siesta Key Beach, minutes from downtown Sarasota and I-75. SRQ airport 20 minutes north.

This newly furnished Southgate home sleeps up to eight across three bedrooms -- a king with a pullout twin, and two queens each paired with a twin trundle. The centerpiece is a private heated saltwater pool right off the master suite, framed by a sunny patio. Inside, you'll find Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Board games and pool floaties are on hand for rainy days or lazy afternoons.

You'll have the entire house to yourselves, including the two-car garage and driveway parking. Self check-in and full privacy during your stay, with us just a message away for anything you need.

Southgate puts you about a mile from Siesta Key Beach and its Village nightlife, walking distance to Arlington Park's pool, courts, and trails, and minutes from Southside Village's local restaurant scene. Downtown Sarasota and I-75 are both within a 10-minute drive. SRQ airport is about 20 minutes north.

Good to know: the home doesn't have central heating -- we provide space heaters and combination heat/fan units for cooler nights -- but the saltwater pool is heated year-round.

House was immaculate Beautiful brand new home, relaxing pool good time with the family. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because we had a litter of puppies at home to take care of our home is under renovation so we rented the spot for the day to spend time with my aunt from out of state to visit us. Highly recommend this property very nice.
