Vacation 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another awesome week staying at Braemar 1705. This is our third year of coming down and we love staying here. It’s so convenient to the beach and lots of places to go around condo. We will definitely be back next year and the staff at Century 21 is awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this unit after finding out our previous unit had discontinued rental. I have to say, WHAT A UPGRADE! This unit was absolutely fabulous! The apparent new upgrades were an excellent surprise and added so much to this unit and our comfort! Thank you owners! We can only hope to continue renting this unit moving forward. It had everything you could want or need in a rental. We Loved our stay here!

Living area: ample seating and large tv. Bedrooms: comfortably accommodated our group. Locker: beach chairs available. Location: easy walk to restaurants and Northside Park. Great ocean view. Unit keypad entry a plus. Recommend ordering linen package.
