This spacious attic apartment, measuring approximately 65 square meters, is suitable for up to 4 people. Furnished with great attention to detail, the living area is particularly inviting. The cozy couch area and dining area feature a very modern and stylish design. The wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. There is also a spacious kitchenette equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and oven. The two separate bedrooms each feature a TV, a closet, and blackout pleated blinds. One of the bedrooms has a double box-spring bed (topper 1.80 x 2.00 m), while the other bedroom has two single box-spring beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). The very nice, modern bathroom with a shower is bright and inviting. A sauna is built into the attic area and can be used for a flat fee. This fee covers use of the entire attic area. Please bring your own sauna towels. The apartment’s balcony has a beautiful, sunny southeast-facing location, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away.If you’d like to keep your luggage to a minimum, you can easily book a laundry package for your stay in Kellenhusen for a fee, and a washing machine and dryer are also available in the building for a fee.
