It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. No loud volume, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be issued after the first warning. 2. Only registered guests and visitors on the platform who are notified to the host will be granted access. 3. No parties and no walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages. 4. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if stained, whether from makeup or any other substance. 5. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. 6. Park only in the designated area. 7. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the apartment. 8. No pets. If they are service animals, documentation must be presented. 9. Cards and/or keys must be left in the place indicated by the host. 10. Additional charges will apply if electricity consumption exceeds the limit. 11. If your stay exceeds 14 nights, an additional cleaning fee of $550.00 MXN will apply every 14 days. Our cleaning staff will provide cleaning services during your stay, and our maintenance crew may also conduct inspections and resolve any issues as needed.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable. 2. Respect the rules of each amenity, which are listed in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing. 3. Barbecues and study rooms are not available for Airbnb guests. 4. Respect the common areas of the building. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused. 5. A respectful attitude and actions toward neighbors and security staff must be maintained.
FINES
Violating any point of the above rules may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning due to excess dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Damage to property: Material cost + labor cost + cost of nights that had to be blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
