Renovated in 2026! Great Location in the heart of Steinhatchee, close to local restaurants, marinas, and stores. Property is fully fenced with two lockable gates in the front and rear for added security and ample parking for boat trailers and vehicles. Covered Car Port, Back Patio with seating and grill. Breezeway/Game Room with PlayStation 4, board games, card games, two futons, etc. 1 Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom with a half bath, 3 Individual beds in the second bedroom, 2 fold flat futons down in the breezeway, and an extra-large couch gives plenty of sleeping space for up to 8 people. Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge and freezer. Brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room located on the back patio. Walking Distance to Kathi's Crabs, Fiddlers, River Inn and Marina, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Etc. Steinhatchee is a golf cart friendly community so bring your carts, boats, and toys to enjoy the beautiful town.

This home was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I have to find a sculpture of a fish with dive gear now for our place. :) The home was just as described in the listing except the above ground pool has been removed. It was a great spot for our family get together. We enjoyed our time and even had the grandchildren come by for a visit too.We would recommend it and plan to stay again.
