‘Chalet Love the Alps’ is waiting for you!This large apartment in Zell am See has 6 bedrooms which have been recently refitted with brand new beds with capacity for 11 people. Ideal for families and groups, the bed configuration has 4 full-size double beds, 1 smaller double bed (1600mm) and one single bed.This apartment is located on the upper two floors and is one of two apartments in the same house, that can on request be booked as a whole making it ideal for larger families or groups either private or corporate. This Top apartment has approximately 200 m² and has a separate entrance from the ground floor apartment via an external staircase to the first floor. An internal spiral staircase leads you up to the upper level.The first floor contains a good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin, plus an additional separate WC for convenience. You will also find four double bedrooms and one single bedroom on this level.Via a spiral staircase, you will make your way to the upper floor.The upper floor contains an additional double bedroom and another good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin. Then there is the large open plan living space with high ceilings and access onto a balcony with mountain views. The open-plan space has four zones kitchen, dining, lounge and cafe seating area. This area occupies the majority of this floor in the open plan living style so cooking, eating and relaxing together will be a lot of fun. Situated in Schüttdorf 3km from the centre of Zell am See, the apartment is close to local shops and is around 750m from the ski lift called Areit, which is part of the Schmittenhöhe ski area. With views of the mountain that really make you feel like you have arrived in the Alps.The Pinzgauer Local Train train stop is 50m from the door and the nearest supermarket is less than 500m away, just a few short stops from Zell am See main train station. It is 95 km from Salzburg Airport airport and 207 km from Munich Airport airport.In summer Zell am See golf course at 3 km give you easy access if you are a golf lover, and All in One Apartments guests get free use of the Private Tennis courts which are close by.The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in a quiet street, next to a little park where children can play. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, open-air parking at the same building, a flat-screen TV, table football.In the open plan kitchen, you will find all the usual things like refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.We also include a welcome pack that contains a couple of bin bags, a few dishwasher tabs, a sponge and a tea towel, to help you start.
