We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The view was one of our favorite parts—it was a great place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening.Having easy access to the dock was a huge bonus and made spending time on the water incredibly convenient. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay.Overall, it was a relaxing trip in a beautiful location. We’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and hope to return ourselves.

The house was great for our crew - total of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The location on the lake and its close proximity to Trident Marina was awesome (literally a 5 min boat ride). And the fact that there’s a gentler and less steep slope to the lake is definitely great! We’ve stayed at other houses on Smith Lake that have a lot more stairs and steeper walk from dock to house…this one doesn’t. A lot easier walk from dock to house.The boat ramp is great too. Probably too tight for a large boat, but we brought a small fishing boat by trailer and was able to get it in the water. The turn is a little tight so you need to have confidence in handling your boat trailer, but once you get it around front of house, it’s a straight gentle slope to the lake.We fished from the side of the lake each night as well and caught some small brims. Great for the kiddos.We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful Fourth of July weekend at this property! The home was so clean, comfortable, and the owners left so many personalized touches for our stay that we appreciated. We had a large group of children and there was so much for them to do, from the downstairs game room to the paddle boards and kayaks provided to the easily accessible dock. We loved the multiple living spaces so grown-ups could hang away from children playing, but plenty of space for us to all be together when we wanted. Jason provided great information prior to the stay, and wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!
