With a view of the Zugspitze, our holiday apartment Susi in the new building impresses you with its fantastic panorama. The 85 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and accommodates four people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, as well as a workspace for your home office. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. The apartment features a private outdoor area with two balconies.



Distances to key facilities: restaurant 180 m, café 150 m, bar 250 m, supermarket 1.54 km, bakery 200 m, lake (Pfleger-See) 3.42 km, nearest airport 62 km (Innsbruck). An e-car charging station is nearby (230 m), and there is a storage room for e-bikes on site. Electricity in the accommodation is generated by solar energy. Two free parking spaces are available on the property. The accommodation has a stepless interior. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed.

Wonderful stay at Susi

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, had the rustic charm of a home in the Bavarian Alps yet had all modern amenities that one can ask for. We especially loved the Dachfensters present in the bedrooms, it gave us a feeling of sleeping under the stars (when the weather allowed us to see stars). The owner of the apartment was very friendly as well and was available to

Amazing Stay in the Alps

We had a wonderful time at this property. The hostess greeted us promptly and was a great host. Property was clean, quiet, and in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views! We felt at home in this setting and would love to revisit it someday. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area, and ideal for families. Easy walking distance to ice cream and local shops.
