良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Liked the property. Didn't think enough of the proper information was conveyed. Examples would be: Didn't know when or that linens would be delivered to property for us to put on ourselves, didn't know that we would need a key that we were never told about to get into the building after 9pm and if I hadn't been given the code earlier in the day for the front door I would have been locked out with my family unless someone responded after hours. I also wasn't given any notice or information about the need for a key as well to access the pool. I was told that you never needed it. That was not true. Also something stated 10pm access to bldg when in actuality it was 9pm. Locking the thermostat at 68F was not cool either.
