Excellent mid-town location! - this one bedroom/one bathroom condo has a spacious balcony and all new flooring! It is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building with breath-taking beach and ocean views. It is located just steps from the beach!

Fresh linens and towels are included, and all beds come made for your arrival.

Close walk to many beach attractions including popular local restaurants and bars, putt-putt golf, shopping, night-life and more! This unit includes a full size washer/dryer and central air! The unit sleeps 5 people and includes 1 assigned parking space. Additional parking can be found on the street.

Wonderful stay!
