Excellent mid-town location! - this one bedroom/one bathroom condo has a spacious balcony and all new flooring! It is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building with breath-taking beach and ocean views. It is located just steps from the beach!

Sleeping Arrangements:

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa & Sleeper Ottoman

Fresh linens and towels are included, and all beds come made for your arrival.

Close walk to many beach attractions including popular local restaurants and bars, putt-putt golf, shopping, night-life and more! This unit includes a full size washer/dryer and central air! The unit sleeps 5 people and includes 1 assigned parking space. Additional parking can be found on the street.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the rental. The condo was adorable and clean upon our arrival. We had a great time with our dogs and it was convenient being so close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
