Located on the Benissa Costa in La Fustera, this beautiful villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation is split on 2 levels but is let exclusively to one booking at a time, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, plus 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen, main lounge and dining area on the first floor, along with high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and fan. The two floors are connected by an external staircase. It is not advised to let young children access these without supervision.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and uncovered terrace with sea views. The private outdoor pool measures 12 x 8 m with steps and a built-in bench at the shallow end, surrounded by an extensive patio area with chairs, tables, and sun loungers. An outdoor shower and private grill complete the outdoor amenities.



Parking includes 2 shared on-site spaces and parking available in the street. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Events are not allowed on the property. Public transportation is nearby, and the beach is within easy walking distance.



The villa is not suitable for babies and toddlers due to external steps and direct access to the pool from the ground floor. Located in beautiful La Fustera between Calpe and Moraira, you are within easy walking distance to supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants. Calpe with its shops, beaches, bars and promenade is a 15-minute drive away.



Our cleaning team follows a thorough checklist between stays, including kitchen equipment and barbecue. Youth groups are not allowed. The property does not have baby equipment, so it is not ideal for infants.
