Quiet location and fantastic sea view

Pros: The appartment is located slightly above the coast and has a fantastic view to the sea. Livia is a great hostess and was always available for us. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean. Opposite the apartment complex is a hotel with a seawater pool, which you can use at favourable rates, but we didn't make use of it as we preferred to go to the beach. The village of Ospedaletti with its restaurants and beaches is within walking distance. There is also a bus stop directly above the appartment on the road, you can take the bus to the surrounding villages and also to the nearest supermarket (or walk 15-20 minutes), where you can get everything you need. A beautiful cycle path starts in Ospedaletti in the direction of Sanremo and on to Imperia. You can hire bikes everywhere. We did everything without a car, which was no problem. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back someday. Thank you very much!

Tout était parfait

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Literie très confortable La vue est merveilleuse, on se croirait dans un bateau. Aucun vis à vis. Beaucoup de plage autour pour tous les goûts. Ospeladetti est une petite ville très agréable, avec des commerçants très sympathiques. La promenade pour s y rendre est très agréable. Environnement très paisible. Livia est très agréable et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Merci pour ce séjour.

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns für das grosse Ausziehsofa entschieden, welches einem großen Doppelbett mit ordentlichen Matratzen nahe kommt. Dort hatte man zum einschlafen Meeresrauschen im Ohr und morgens direkt den Blick aufs Meer. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Eisdiele Arcobalena die es im Ort gibt. Das beste cremigste Eis (verschiede Sorten versucht) das ich je gegessen habe. Und hat gefallen das es dort sehr ruhig ist, abseits vom Trubel. Man kann in 5-10 min zu den freien Stränden laufen oder man kann beim direkt vor der Wohnung gelegenen Hotel den Zugang zum Meer plus Swimmingpool (2Liegen/Schirm) wählen und zahlt dort dank der Vermieterin 10% weniger für den Tagesaufenthalt. (11€) Wir haben mal so und mal so genutzt. Cons: Es war etwas schwierig immer einen Parkplatz in der Strasse zu finden, ABER es gelang uns immer. Allerdings war in der Strasse auch aktuell eine Baustelle die einige Parkplätze sperrte. WLAN (FÜR UNS NICHT Relevant) ist nur mäßig erfolgreich.

Che vista!

Pros: Vista assolutamente speciale. Sembra di essere in crociera. Divano letto comodissimo che permette una sveglia vista mare. Posizione perfetta vista perfetta sul balcone di alba e tramonto . Super accessoriato con qualsiasi elettrodomestico, biancheria, stoviglie etc…. È la prima volta che trovo in un appartamento anche olio, aceto, zucchero, sale, spezie….. etc. SUPER HOST Cons: Il riscaldamento, qualora non vi sia il sole che scaldi tutto il giorno l’appartamento, per questo periodo non è particolarmente adatto (emana getto di aria che diventa subito fredda a livello “sedia”/divano) ; fastidioso.

Il mare a perdita d'occhio!!

Pros: La padrona di casa è stata accogliente e l'appartamento era dotato di tutto quanto fosse necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Comodo l'ascensore quasi a piano strada. Zona tranquillissima! Cons: Nulla da dover imputare alla nostra Host.

Kristallklares Wasser, schöne Aussicht, ruhig, erholsam

Pros: Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und hat alle die Utensilien für Bad und Küche welche man eventuell vergessen hat. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Es sind nur zwei Gehminuten zum schönen, öffentlichen Felsstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Zudem kann man auch Eintritt in den Hotel-Salzwasser-Pool kaufen der gleich vis-a-vis ist. Weitere Kieselstrände öffentlich und privat finden sich in 10-15 Minuten Gehdistanz. Irgendwie findet man auch immer einen freien Parkplatz auf der Strasse. Erwähnenswert ist die gute Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Livia, welche gleich nebenan wohnt. Cons: Das WLAN ist ein Zufallstreffer, mal funktioniert es, mal funktioniert es so langsam dass es nicht wirklich nutzbar ist und manchmal funktioniert es überhaupt nicht und Livia muss bei sich den Router neu starten. Die Dusche war etwas seltsam, bei gleichbleibender Einstellung wechselt das Wasser zwischen kalt und glühend heiss. Da muss man jeweils etwas zur Seite treten und warten bis sich die Temperatur wieder geregelt hat.
