The room was beautiful and the resort pools and tram staff were great but the owner service people was really rude but no biggie. The room was great other than the couch was fithly but nothing a quick wipe can't fix and under the bed had dust bunnys from 2015. There was dirty clothes in the main bathroom from last guest. Just a lack of good house keeping the dishwasher was hit or miss on turning on. The host was great on responding. And the issues were minimal but I did have to clean the place before letting my little one in the room. Not something you want to do after a 10 hour trip. But Id still stay again the resort was a blast and a stone throw from everything panama has to offer.
