Your perfect beach escape awaits in Dewey Beach
This inviting single-family home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway—and it's dog-friendly, making it a perfect fit for this pet-loving beach town. With a bright, fresh feel throughout, it's the kind of place where family memories are made year after year.
Enjoy a convenient layout with one bedroom and bath on the first floor, plus three bedrooms and an additional bath upstairs—ideal for families and groups. Sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch, unwind on the back porch, or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play safely, and the spacious enclosed back porch offers even more room to gather and relax.

This home is pet-friendly and welcomes your four-legged companions for an additional $300 non-refundable fee per pet. At this time, only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of three dogs allowed.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $239.50.

Second Floor- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed and 2 Singles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required within 48 hours of submitting your booking request to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your required payment amount or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for the whole property, one roll of paper towels, and no shampoo in either shower. Check in was a bit of a hassle as we had to go to the realtor to pick up physical keys before check in. Other than that, it was a great stay. Love the patio in the back and the proximity to the beach.

Hi Jake, We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Unfortunately not all owners have keyless entry to their homes, but luckily our office IS on the way to the property! As far as the TP/paper towels and shampoo - it is written into the lease agreement that you are to supply all of these items on your own. Had you reached out ahead of time with questions, I would have been MORE than happy to discuss what would or would not be at the house for your stay! Thanks, Nicole

We were initially skeptical about renting this house since it was new for the 2026 season, had no reviews yet, and was non-refundable. However, booking through Coldwell Banker gave us peace of mind, and working with Nicole made the process so easy and refreshing. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.We stayed for 3 nights with two families (4 adults and 4 teen/young adult children), and the house comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.The only slightly odd aspect of the house was the bathroom layout. Both bathrooms were Jack-and-Jill style, so if someone stayed in the third upstairs bedroom, they either had to walk through another bedroom to access a bathroom or go downstairs through the kitchen and laundry room. It was a small inconvenience, but worth noting for larger groups or extra occupants.Otherwise, the house was wonderful. The screened-in back porch was a fantastic addition, and the front porch was perfect for relaxing and people-watching. We accidentally booked during senior week, but despite the busy street and late-night foot traffic, we always felt safe and had no issues at all.The location was excellent-within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. We parked our car when we arrived and walked everywhere the entire weekend, which was ideal.Overall, our stay was great. I'd definitely recommend the property
