With heating and AC, the condo keeps you cozy no matter the season. This tremendous spot offers a quaint retreat where you can relax and recharge. Only four blocks away from the beach and a three minute drive to the boardwalk! If you would like to just relax for the day you can visit the pool which has lounge chairs and tables. There is a pay laundry room directly across from the pool. Walking distance to basketball courts, tennis courts, ice cream and a playground, Laundry room available. $1.50 to wash and $1 to dry. It is located in front of pool. Winter monthly rentals available starting September 6!
