Beach block - 3 BR/2 bath condo with 2 car parking

Enjoy our centrally located beach block condo in Seaside Heights, NJ. We’re 1/2 block to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. Spacious 3 bed (master bed on 2nd floor for privacy), 2 full bath condo, with living room and dining room. Smart TVs in every room and cable (ESPN, YES, SNY, Fox Sports, News and Entertainment channels) in living room. Your family will be close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer (restaurants, mini-golf, go-carts, waterpark, arcades, cheesesteaks, pizza, and ice cream). 3rd summer being offered as a weekly rental, all furniture, beds, tv’s, kitchen accessories/small appliances, linens, towels, beach towels are in excellent shape. West facing balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Two car parking is included at the condo. 4 beach badges, beach towels and beach bag included.
OUR LOCATION:
-1/2 block from the boardwalk and beach (Lucky Leo’s straight ahead, rides on the pier)
-Everything within walking distance (Beach/Boardwalk, Restaurants, Pizza, Beach Bars)
-Waterpark, GoKarts, Minigolf within walking distance
CONDO:
-Large Smart TV in our living room (65" with cable), and in all 3 bedrooms (smart tv’s).
-3 bedrooms (Closets in all bedrooms)
-2 full baths (with tubs)
-Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (water dispenser and ice maker), dishwasher, stove, microwave and oven.
-Dishes, cookware, silverware, knife set, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender all included.
-Top/bottom washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
-Central A/C and Heat
EXTRA AMENITIES:
-4 Beach Badges, beach towels, beach bag, etc.
-2-car parking in our attached parking lots

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
We want you to have a great time in our condo and lovely beach town.
No parties or groups under 25 – No Proms, No Smoking/Vaping. We prefer families or adult groups who will enjoy themselves and be respectful to our neighbors.

Minimum Stay Requirements – 7 days:
- CHECK IN/OUT SATURDAY ONLY
Please message us if you need to check in on alternate days or are looking to stay more than 7 days but less than 2 full weeks – we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd Floors. No Elevators.

Weekend at the beach

We had a wonderful experience and the property was exactly as described and the pics were accurate. The owner was a great communicator who got back to us in minutes when messaged. We had a great trip.

Nice condo near boardwalk. The area is ok, but is in the process of being cleaned up, so it’s getting better. Great location since it’s close to the boardwalk.

Nice Condo in great location

My family enjoyed our stay in Seaside Heights. This Condo is so close to the boardwalk and the beach. One of the bedrooms on the main floor doesn’t have a dresser which was inconvenient. Also, there isn’t a hot tub (was listed as an amenity), but other than that, everything was good.

Fun Vacation

What a great condo....right in the middle of Seaside Heights ! It suited our needs perfectly....was soooo close to the boardwalk/beach access....so convenient to take a short walk up to the boards whenever we wanted. It was easy to communicate with Joseph...immediate response from him with answers to questions. The condo itself was spacious...more than enough room for family/friends. Having towels (beach and bath), bed linens,& beach badges provided was also great! The condo neighbors were friendly and it was super quiet considering our stay was during July! We'd stay there again!

The property was wonderful. Right in the middle of the boardwalk for easy access to whole boardwalk. The host was great. The 1 shower even had a handheld shower head, great for after a day at the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials.

This is our 2nd time renting this condo. Joseph was very easy to communicate with. The property was ready earlier than check-in time so we were able to ‘move-in’ early. More than enough room for the 5 of us. Nice to not have to bring linens/towels/beach towels. Soooo close to the boardwalk. Great time!
